A request and file has just come in from a Michael McCarthy of West Ealing, London and Achill Island, Co. Mayo asking if there is a way in which we could help expose the cruel, agonising way that he has been treated by Seamus Hughes, State Solicitor for Mayo for the past 8 or 9 years. Mr McCarthy says that he has been to the Law Society and the so-called independent adjudicator, which he described as farcical.

If you can help Michael McCarthy, give us a call and we will give you Michael's mobile number. Michael says that he is getting some assistance from a London firm of solicitors but very little or no co-operation from the Law Society of Ireland only what appears to be the same rotten reply that so many victims receive every day.

The Law Society of Ireland hardly ever deals with complaints fairly or impartially, and the decision usually reached is that the Society does not believe the complaint warrants intervention or investigation.
