Dear Sirs,

For the record and for all of you involved in Distortion, Criminal Deception and Conspiracy to Defraud me John Gill of my property from Folios 6976F, 11537F and 6141F County Clare, I wish to put you on Notice that I called to An Bord Pleanala on the 20th of April 2009 and got an official at the office to copy all of the documents that were new to me. On inspection, we have uncovered many frauds and distorted documents in the 250 pages that are new to me.

The mass interference with Bord Pleanala by Clare County Council Planning Section to aid and abet the theft of my property in collusion with Enda and Carmel O'Connor of Tubber, Co. Clare, developers and property grabbers Eugene Keane and Michael Cotter and Cahir & Co. Solicitors is scandalous, appalling and criminal.

Clare County Council Planning Section and or their legal advisors hired hitmen and supplied them with altered and distorted documentation maliciously and wilfully to rob and steal my property from Folios 6976F and 11537F County Clare.

The hitmen who you hired are as follows: HRA PLANNING, Chartered Town Planning Consultants, 48 O'Connell Street, Limerick City.

You Planning Section officials and your legal advisors, who Carmel Kiernan told me were Holohan Solicitors of Ennis, did maliciously and wilfully corrupt as many public and civil servants as was possible to cover up for your criminal conduct, including my former Engineer Mr Dickie Pyne who you knew right well was involved in a previous Planning Permission on this very property and who I must say did a very professional job.

I with a group of witnesses did call to the Central Office of the High Court on yesterday's date 20/4/2009 and following extensive discussions with Senior Officers/Court Registrars, the seriousness of the situation compelled them to assist me and I was directed with my witnesses to Common Law Court Number 11 before Judge Peart, who was most helpful and obliging. I now have many more avenues open to me other than Certiorari, of which I will avail without delay.

The corrupt conduct of Clare County Council Planning Section is but one more example of how seriously corrupt our small country really is. The file from An Bord Pleanala cost me thirty euro. When we get time to study the totality of this criminal corrupt document I will advise further.
