REF: NOTICE OF APPEAL

TAKE NOTICE that the following seventy-four pages / Affidavit of John Gill, sworn by John Gill at Shannon New Town in the County of Clare on the 28th day of September 2006 caused the Honourable Judge Michael Hanna to dismiss himself from hearing my case in mid October 2006 because I named two or more of his friends who were and are involved in the theft of my property.

These seventy-four pages of Sworn Evidence is in support of the 117 pages sworn on the 2nd day of January 2009 at Shannon in the County of Clare with documented backup evidence, which caused Judge Michael Hanna to dismiss himself from hearing my case. It must be also borne in mind that the then Attorney General was involved in the hearing.

I reiterate what I have already said in my Sworn Affidavit of the 2nd day of January 2009 that I request that this hearing of An Bord Pleanala be held in public and that a video recording be made for the information of the general public.
