Re: Folio 6976F County Clare and Folio 11537F County Clare

Minutes of Attendance at the Land Registry Office at the Setanta Centre, Nassau Street, Dublin in the forenoon on the 16/9/2008 with witnesses John McMahon and Vincent Toolan.

Within minutes of us entering the Office we were called to the desk by an official and I asked for a specific Folio No CE42170F, and for the first time I got an opportunity to read for myself from the computer. At first the official did in a not too subtle manner become rather arrogant but later settled down.

After I had read the important contents on the computer which contained the names of Auctioneer John O'Doherty and Solicitor John Hickie, both of Limerick, I asked the official when was this Building Site Number 3 from Folio 6976F County Clare registered in Auctioneer John O'Doherty's name. And right from the word go this official tried to evade answering a straight question. The official replied, "It was applied to be registered on the 26th of April 2001". I said "Hold on, WHEN WAS THE SITE REGISTERED IN JOHN O'DOHERTY'S NAME?" The official reluctantly said the 26th of April 2001. I replied, "A lie, and furthermore the address of Auctioneer John O'Doherty is incorrect".

I then produced the evidence Application to inspect/copy an Instrument under Rule 188 of Land Registration Rules 1972 which was filled in by an official at Waterford Land Registry office on the 26th of March 2008, and a further hand-written page which was filled in and given to me by Deirdre Mulcahy in the Waterford Land Registry office. I also left with this official two Court Documents/Orders to prove that Solicitor John Hickie and Auctioneer John O'Doherty were and are clearly in Contempt of Court. The official also retained a letter from Cahir & Co. Solicitors, Ennis, Co. Clare to Clare County Council dated the 7th of March 2008 and a document deposited with Clare County Council by Michael Cotter and Eugene Keane from Fountain, Ennis, Co. Clare.

I asked about a number of documents that I had filed/lodged at the Land Registry office and was told that they were not available and were not there. I said if that is the case, they were got rid of or shredded. I asked where Tom Heveran was transferred to and was told to Henrietta Street. I then asked for Daire Guidera who I said I was going to press charged against and was told that she was at Chancery Street Land Registry Office. I told the official that I had in fact made contact with the Garda Bureau of Fraud Investigation. I await a satisfactory reply from the officials now in charge of the Western Division of the Land Registry Office, as a matter of urgency.

If this Fraud is not dealt with within a very short time we the Victims of the Legal Profession will take to the streets outside all three Land Registry offices and will name and shame all involved loud and clear.
