The VLPS are calling on judges of the Circuit Court, the High Court and the Supreme Court to act with honesty and integrity and stop their conspiracy to defraud decent honest people of their inheritance and property.
Judge Judy Sheindlin, August 2008: In Judge Judy's court was a disc jockey, plaintiff in person, suing for breach of contract against a Jewish couple who had hired him to play at a function on their special occasion. There was a signed agreed contract in place between the Jewish couple and the disc jockey. Following the signing of the contract, there was a general after the event chat about various extras, flashing lights and so on, that were not in the agreed contract. However the contract was signed for an agreed sum of 1,150 dollars with a deposit of 550 dollars paid.
Following a lot of excitement and preparation, the big day came, and it seemed to be the case that everyone played their part and the evening and function was a great success enjoyed by all. Sometime after the festivities were over, the disc jockey after he had packed his gear away approached the Jewish couple for the balance of his contract money and without hesitation was paid the final 600 dollars by cheque.
A short time later and without complaint or notice the Jewish couple decided to default on the agreed signed contract and stopped payment on the 600 dollar cheque. Following the shock discovery, the disc jockey made contact with the Jewish couple to discover that the cancellation of the payment was deliberate with all kinds of malicious excuses and complaints to try to wrangle their way out of complying with their valid agreed contract.
Rather than taking the Jewish people to court, the disc jockey tried everything in his power within the law to try to force them to pay out the 600 dollars. He handed out fliers all around town to try to embarrass them into submission; he distributed the fliers all over the place to no avail, he even delivered them to a number of synagogues and rabbis to no effect.
His last resort was Judge Judy Sheindlin: the disc jockey filed his case and lo and behold the Jewish couple lodged a Counterclaim; bitter complaints about the approaches to the synagogues the rabbis, the embarrassment to themselves, their friends and neighbours. Complaints to the Court and Judge Judy about the discussions that took place after the contract was signed and agreed, every crooked and twisted act in the book was used to deny an honest man his money, that was until Judge Judy Sheindlin stepped in and made an Order in favour of the disc jockey for the payment of his 600 dollars and further told him that he had every right under the law to do what he did because clearly he had been wronged.
Ireland's equivalent to the European Convention on Human Rights, with one disturbing exception, many of Ireland's politically appointed judges are untrained and unfit to sit in judgment of anyone - they do not undergo any tests, let alone psychological tests to weed out mavericks, alcoholics and other characters who are unfit. Many of the neurotic or mentally deficient characters may and will be furious at being challenged, but far too many Irish people are suffering at the hands of untrained and unfit judges.
Many judges of Ireland's courts, i.e. the Circuit Court, the High Court and the Supreme Court of Ireland are accessories to crime, they aid and abet serious crime, they are involved in conspiracy to defraud vulnerable and not so vulnerable people of their money, property and lawful inheritance. When the dust hits the fan the world will know and see that they are equal only to the child molesting clergy, the paedophile fraternity, the drunks on our roads and the drug barons of our country, and make no mistake about it, they will be just as difficult if not more difficult to weed out and control.
I will now quote utterances from the higher reaches of Irish and world society. An honest quote from John Gill who has carried out seven years of research: "Many of the Irish politically appointed judges are, to put it mildly, dishonest and dishonourable". From former Minister for Justice Mr Michael McDowell S.C.: "A watchdog is required to monitor the conduct of judges in the courtrooms of Ireland". From our Garda Sergeants and Inspectors: video cameras in the courtrooms to expose the antics, showmanship and histrionics of judges and barristers and save the country and insurance companies many millions of euro.
From Martin Luther King, with input from the Victims of the Legal Profession: "You have a duty to reject and disobey corrupt and false orders/judgments whether they come from Judges, Solicitors, Barristers or Registrars". Archbishop Diarmuid Martin at the Advocates and Barristers conference on June 30th said that people turn to Mafia-style groups when the law fails them. The law has failed tens of thousands of Irish families and individuals and we take to the streets of Ireland to name and shame. Under the European Convention on Human Rights we will name the crooked corrupt Judges, the crooked and corrupt Barristers, the corrupt and crooked Solicitors, and last but not least, the many corrupt and crooked County and High Court Registrars.
For far too long we have groaned beneath the Irish government's politically appointed, unfit, untrained judges. The evidence is as clear as the nose on Minister Dermot Ahern's face. Tom Kennedy from Co. Tipperary is in Mountjoy to cover up for conspiracy to defraud him of the farm of land that he purchased from his brother Bart. John McMahon from Co. Monaghan was locked up in Castlerea prison for one reason only, to silence him and cover up for the conduct of legal professionals who lied and cheated. The evidence is being prepared and the victims will not be found wanting to name and shame each and every one of them, which is what two of the more honourable members of a political party told us was our only hope (the Labour Party) with a large input from the Progressive Democrats, it must be said.
A call just now around 12.05pm from a health official who is at the home of Patrick J. Corrigan in Carrigallen, Co. Leitrim who is a victim of horrific injustice from three firms of solicitors, i.e. Kevin P. Kilrane (now a Fianna Fail judge in Donegal), Patrick Duffy, Leitrim and Geartys of Longford. The good official requested my whole life story and I obliged as much as I had time to do in honest detail.
