I was told that there was "nobody in the name of John O'Doherty trading as an auctioneer or valuer at this office" by Pat O'Dea, Managing Director of Roberts Auctioneers, Limerick where John O'Doherty has worked for some years. However, looking at their website, I see that O'Doherty just changed his title from 'Auctioneer and Valuer' to 'Property Consultant'. I was threatened with legal action if I were to continue sending my letters to John O'Doherty to his office at Roberts Auctioneers.
For the information of Mr Pat O'Dea, the threatening behaviour of John O'Doherty was the reason in the past, when serving Mr O'Doherty with documents, that I did so in the company of a member of the Gardai, and for your further information, I did report O'Doherty's behaviour to his fellow traveller, Solicitor Shaun Elder. Elder's answer was and I quote, "YOU NEVER KNOW ANYONE, DO YOU?"
In any case, when the perfection of the Order to amend the minor errors in my Plenary Summons is to hand, they will be served on all involved, and I will insist that my Rights under the European Convention on Human Rights be afforded me to the letter of the law, i.e. Articles 6, 40, 41, 45, and any other Articles that may assist me to have my rights vindicated.
I have already applied for Voluntary Discovery of some documents and will be demanding Discovery of all documents, Contracts for Sale, false and otherwise from wherever and whoever, especially from Michael Cotter, Eugene Keane, Enda and Carmel O'Connor through their Solicitors as well as Solicitor John Hickie and Property Consultant John O'Doherty and others.
