On the 30th of April 2008 I John Gill in the company of a witness lodged/filed a Summary/Plenary Summons in the case of JOHN GILL -V- JOHN O'DOHERTY AUCTIONEER AND JOHN HICKIE SOLICITOR, Record No 3457P/2008. We then crossed the Liffey and addressed two envelopes in handwriting to Auctioneer John O'Doherty and Solicitor John Hickie in Limerick City.

When I checked with the post office on the 6th of May 2008, the Summary/Plenary Summons was successfully delivered to Solicitor John Hickie but not to Auctioneer John O'Doherty. Later that day, I checked again with the post office and was told that there were two attempts to deliver the registered mail to O'Doherty, on the 1st of May and again on the 2nd of May 2008, even though O'Doherty's office was opened for business. Luckily for me I met an open and honest civil servant who advised me on how to approach O'Doherty, i.e. to send the envelope by registered mail if you can afford another five euros and twenty-five cents. This I did without delay and the large brown envelope was successfully accepted and delivered on the 7th of May 2008 but no, not all over yet.

On the evening of the 8th of May 2008 I received a letter from Solicitor John Hickie returning to me the Summary/Plenary Summons stating that there were errors in the third page of the Summons and to consult with the Central Office of the High Court in Dublin; this is the very same Solicitor John Hickie who lied and misled the Court before the honourable Judge Gilligan in the High Court but was shot down when the evidence was pushed under his nose. The criminal deception and stupidity of Solicitor John Hickie is above and beyond the belief of any living human being. Below is the post office registered number successfully delivered to Auctioneer John O'Doherty in Limerick City.

It is not a coincidence that John Hickie Solicitor, Allan Lewis and Liam Lavelle Solicitors for the Bank of Ireland and what I believe were the legal advisors to the planning section of Clare County Council at New Road, Ennis, Co Clare returned to me and complained about my documentation lodged in their offices in relation to my property and money which is been stolen from me by mass corruption, criminal deception (fraud) and mass perjury. All of the criminality is in relation to my Original Land Certificates, Folio numbers 6976F County Clare, 6141F County Clare and 11537F County Clare, and the theft of 17,041.82 euros which is in possession of Solicitor Allan Lewis, Legal Advisor to the Bank of Ireland. I reiterate that the extent of fraud and corruption and perversion of the course of justice is beyond and above the belief of any and all decent law abiding human beings.

I did have a call late one night from a gentleman who had a connection with the State Solicitor for Mayo to say that I or anyone belonging to me would never get planning permission again and this appears to be a fact, my properties have been refused permission on a number of occasions.

There is a massive campaign in place at this moment in time to hold onto my money, all of E250,000.00 which is the proceeds of mass corruption, criminal deception (fraud) and mass perjury. Together with the theft of my development properties at Woodland Heights, Newmarket-on-Fergus, County Clare and Ballinacragga, Newmarket-on-Fergus, County Clare, if I am to believe what I discovered in the planning section of Clare County Council, there are two illegal contracts in place which I have not got sight of as yet, this I discovered in the past six months and there is at least one more illegal and unlawful contract in which Auctioneer John O'Doherty sold my trust property for what I believe was mostly money under the table (hot money) to a rich businessman in the road haulage business, a second part was sold for cash under the table, to which I was witness but was threatened by my then Solicitors John Casey & Co that if I exposed this fact that I was guilty of blackmail.

Even though I am maliciously hindered and obstructed by the Bank of Ireland's legal people, John O'Doherty Auctioneer's legal team and by many public civil servants in the High Court and other court offices, I have instructed the enforcement agency in the planning section of Clare County Council at New Road, Ennis, Co Clare that the application by Michael Cotter and Eugene Keane of Fountain, Ennis, Co. Clare and Enda and Carmel O'Connor of Tubber, Co. Clare is a fraud and is in breach of two court orders, i.e. in contempt of court, and cases of the above named are currently before the courts to answer for fraud and corruption.

I have on 11/5/2008 replied to all three who made complaints and returned the documentation - Clare planning section, Bank of Ireland's Allan Lewis and Liam Lavelle and Solicitor for John O'Doherty, Mr John Hickie. All will be notified on Monday the 12th of May 2008.
