This Plenary Summons is to require that within eight days after the service thereof upon you (exclusive of the day of such service) you in person or by solicitor do enter an appearance in the Central Office, The Four Courts, Dublin 7 in the above action; and Take Notice that if you do enter such appearance, due notice of the day and hour of the hearing of this summons will be delivered at the address for service named in the memorandum of appearance, but if you do not enter such appearance, the Plaintiff may proceed in the said action, and judgment therein be given in your absence without further notice.

The four pages of this Summons was successfully delivered to Solicitor John Hickie for John O'Doherty, Auctioneer on the first of May 2008 and a message was left for Auctioneer John O'Doherty to collect his registered copy at the post office in Limerick, so far today the sixth of May 2008 he has not done so.

SPECIAL INDORSEMENT OF CLAIM

The Plaintiff's Claims are for:

(1) Breach of Trust.

(2) Misappropriated Trust Property.

(3) Misappropriated Trust Funds.

(4) Illegal Contracts.

(5) Immoral Contracts.

(6) Fraudulent Conversion.

(7) Fraudulent Misrepresentation.

(8) Perverting the Course of Justice.

(9) Perjury (Lies under Oath).

(10) Money Laundering and Fraud.

(11) Delay and Procrastination in the hope that I would go away.

(12) Criminal Deception.

(13) Deceit.

(14) Aid and Abet.

(15) Abuse of Process.

(16) Theft by massive corruption and criminal deception.

(17) False and Misleading Statements.

(18) Injurious Falsehood.

(19) Falsification of Documents.

(20) Forgery.

(21) Giving false information to the Garda Siochana and producing false documents in Court and maliciously concealing facts from the Courts.

(22) Corrupting public officials in Clare County Council, in the Land Registry and members of An Garda Siochana.

(23) An Order rescinding the illegal contracts on my property Folios 6967F and 11537F County Clare, namely Site number three, Woodland Heights, Newmarket-on-Fergus, County Clare from Folio 6976F County Clare and my 50% share from Folio 11537F County Clare held in trust for me John Gill by Auctioneer John O'Doherty of 85 O'Connell Street, Limerick and formerly of Central Buildings, O'Connell Street, Limerick.

(24) An Order for my share of the moneys collected by Auctioneer John O'Doherty for hay crops, rents and letting of the lands to be handed over in the legal specified time.

(25) An Order compelling Auctioneer John O'Doherty to hand over to me my share of the moneys that he received for the sale of two parts of the trust property in which Mr O'Doherty sold for cash under the table and in the second part only showed the sum of £21,000.00 on the contract for sale, i.e. thirty building sites sold for £21,000.00 (twenty one thousand pounds shown on the sale documents/contracts in 1994).

(26) Damages and loss, including the destruction of my livelihood, my health and reputation.

(27) Further or other orders that may be just.
