Dear Mr. Gill,

The Chairman has asked me to write to you regarding your letter of 3 December 2007 in response to mine of 27 November 2007.

I have nothing further to add to my letter of 27 November. Furthermore, as I have addressed the issues raised at length in previous correspondence, I do not propose to enter into any further correspondence with you on the matter.

Yours sincerely,

Mary Deeley

Private Secretary

The Chairman of the Revenue Commissioners, Dublin Castle, 21/1/2008

Dear Mr Chairman,

I received the above letter dated the 11 December 2007 on the 14th of December 2007. On the 14th of December 2007 at 9.15AM I was served with a Plenary Summons by a summons server on behalf of Solicitor Allan Lewis, Legal Advisor to the Bank of Ireland.

On the 14th of December 2007 I received a letter from Tom Heveran, Western Region, Land Registry Office, Setanta Centre, Nassau Street, Dublin dated the 13th of December 2007.

On the 14th of December 2007 at 4.50PM I received a large registered envelope from the Governor and Company of the Bank of Ireland and Solicitor Allan Lewis (Plenary Summons, Motion, Ex-Parte Document and General Endorsement of Claim). What they all have in common is that they are all 100% corrupt, malicious falsehoods and attempted cover-ups for Mass Criminal Deception in the theft of my E250,000.00 Euros which are the proceeds of Mass Corruption, Criminal Deception, Perjury, Distortion of legally signed Contracts, Coercion, Collusion, Perversion of the Course of Justice, the subject of inhuman and degrading treatment, torture and punishment, profound denial of fundamental rights and freedoms by the democratic institutions of the Irish State and show total disregard for the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act 2001, Section 8.-(1) Corruption in Office.

It is not a coincidence Mr Chairman that all of those documents and letters were served on me on that Friday the 14th of December 2007. This, Mr Chairman is one of the reasons that has driven so many Irish people to commit suicide down through the years and on so many occasions have taken the lives of others including family members. I have just been reminded that on the Marian Finucane Sunday show of 13/1/2008 there was more than a hint that the Revenue Commissioners have two standards, and what that means in Plain English is blatant dishonesty. Mary Flanagan of the Department of Finance who with Mr Declan O'Halaigh told myself and two witnesses that they had no connection whatsoever with the Revenue Commissioners. You can fool some of the people some of the time but not all of the people all of the time.

In her letter dated the 11th of December 2007, Mary Deeley has now surrendered and does not propose to enter into any further correspondence with me. As with the other officials I have dealt with (Finian Loftus, John O'Shea and Ms McGovern), Mary Deeley has addressed no issue. Instead she has, in the words of our former Minister for Justice, FUDGED the issue as have all of the above mentioned with one exception. Initially - this was before they were got at - I was told the God's honest truth, as did happen with Mary Flanagan from the Department of Finance before she was got at. The solution to this appalling corrupt criminal deception, perjury and cover-up is very simple: come clean and tell the TRUTH. In the eyes of honest men and women at home in Ireland and those viewing our website all over the world there will be rejoicing at the exposure and elimination of corruption in Ireland.

The slogan "You Can Never Improve On The Truth" adopted by the Victims of the Legal Profession came from The Joe Duffy Show of some years ago, when Joe Duffy asked a lady to repeat to the people of Ireland what she had just said, and for the first time since the great Daniel O'Connell the message is beginning to filter slowly but surely into the ranks of the Irish Legal and Judicial System. Corruption is the most destructive cancer in Irish society today. You have only to turn on the TV or radio. Read any of the Sunday papers of the 20th of January 2008. Our little country is corrupt to the core. How can we talk about Kenya, Zimbabwe, the Sudan or Burma?

The undeniable facts are that the Revenue Commissioners are in possession of five corrupt payments of stolen money, the proceeds of Criminal Deception, Perjury, Contempt for the Rule of Law, Perversion of the Course of Justice, Coercion, Collusion, Money Laundering, False Accounting and the destruction of my livelihood by mass thuggery, bullyboy tactics, intimidation, threat and mass corruption.

I am therefore calling on you, the Chairman of the Revenue Commissioners, to return to me John Gill the five payments of moneys stolen from me, moneys that are lawfully and legally belonging to me. I worked hard for this money and you and your officials have no lawful, legal or right under the Irish Constitution or the European Convention of Human Rights to hold onto my money.

Article 2 of the Criminal Justice (Theft & Fraud Offences) Act 2001 under Money Laundering states and I quote: Each Member State shall take the necessary measures to establish money laundering as a criminal offence.

Article 3 covers Liability of Legal Persons. (1). Each Member State shall take the necessary measures to ensure that legal persons can be held liable for fraud, active corruption and money laundering committed for their benefit by any person, acting either individually or as part of an organ of the legal person, who has a leading position within the legal person. (3). Liability of a legal person under paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not exclude criminal proceedings against natural persons who are perpetrators, instigators or accessories in the fraud, active corruption or money laundering. Article 3, Prohibition of Torture: No one shall be subjected to torture or to inhumane or degrading treatment or punishment.

You the Revenue Commissioners are in possession of stolen money knowing that the money was stolen and reckless as to whether it was stolen or not.

Article 1 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (Protection of Property): Every natural or legal person is entitled to the peaceful enjoyment of his possessions. No one shall be deprived of his possessions except in the public interest and subject to the conditions provided for by law and by the general principles of international law.

Not alone are the Revenue Commissioners knowingly in possession of stolen money, they are also involved in cover-up, disguising and concealing the perpetrators and instigators of this crime. You must therefore without delay hand over to me John Gill the five sums of stolen money that are the proceeds of mass corruption, criminal deception and mass perjury.
