I presented to Clare County Council, under cover of letter dated 2/1/2008, seven pages of evidence in my possession. A synopsis of the facts which included a copy of the Planning Notice found on my Property (Site No. 3) at Woodland Heights, Newmarket on Fergus, County Clare (reported to Detective Branch, Garda Siochana at Shannon Garda Station). A letter from a Department of Finance Official (Mary Flanagan) quoting the Law on the matter, dated the 2nd of July 2007. A forged document SWORN to be TRUE by John O'Doherty Auctioneer on the 9th of December 2003. A TRUE copy of the above document (TRUST DOCUMENT) signed by Auctioneer John O'Doherty dated the 17th of June 1992. A false and misleading letter (a malicious falsehood) which was handed to the Court by John O'Doherty Auctioneer while he was in the Witness Stand under Oath giving evidence. A follow-up search by John Gill and two witnesses which proves beyond all doubt that John O'Doherty's letter to the Court was a malicious falsehood; the letters are dated the 28th of April 2004 and the 3rd of November 2004. And finally, a Court Order of the 29th of November 2006 which clearly shows that Auctioneer John O'Doherty and Solicitor John Hickie are in Contempt of Court. It was explained to me by an Officer of the Courts that Solicitor John Hickie was the leading figure in this corruption and attempted THEFT of my Property.

I explained to the Council Official the seriousness of this matter and that one of the Council's Legal Advisors John Casey & Co. were seriously corrupt and were the second highest earners of Taxpayer's money from Clare County Council, according to an article published in a Clare newspaper.

Later on it was pointed out to me by people from North Clare that there may be a link between some of the people involved in this corruption and a house that I built at Ballybeg, Clarecastle in which John Casey & Co. Solicitors of Bindon Street, Ennis, Co Clare acted for both sides (the Purchaser and the Vendor) in 1995 and 1996, at the time when John Casey & Co were using every criminal act in the criminal code to steal my bungalow at Woodpark, Bunratty, Co Clare, and which firm of Solicitors John Casey & Co. were the perpetrators and instigators of me John Gill not being paid the final payment for this house at Ballybeg, Clarecastle, Co Clare, a house that I was told time and again that the purchasers had no complaints whatsoever about.

If this is another example of where "birds of a feather flock together" and if our investigations link this corruption with the people involved in the Ballybeg Corruption of 1995-96 I will without fear or favour expose and name all involved.
