5/12/2007
Dear Registrar,
On my return from a wedding in Kilkenny City on Sunday morning the 2nd of December 2007 I received a letter from the Land Registry dated the 29th of November 2007 signed by Tom Heveran which had all the hallmarks of suspicion.
After much deliberation and with so many individuals and Departments involved in the denial to me of my Constitutional Rights and my rights under the European Convention of Human Rights in the most appalling underhand manner to deprive me of my property, money and livelihood by criminal deception and mass corruption, we decided to take the train to Dublin and meet the Land Registry Officials face to face.
On our arrival at the Land Registry Office in Nassau Street, Dublin at 12.45PM on the 4/12/2007 we pulled a waiting ticket and sat down. When our number was called I first asked about the Caution on CE11537F County Clare and for the first time in four months I was told that there was a problem and that there was a letter sent out to me dated 29 November 2007. I asked if the E25.00 was in place and yes it was. I told the official that on three previous occasions that I attended at the office that the Caution was in order. I then asked the official to check Folio CE6976 County Clare and after some reluctance I was told that there were two amendments to be checked out on this Folio CE6976F County Clare. I said, no that can't be right. The Official then said that they only carry out certain functions in her section and gave me a note to give to the Registration section next door.
When we got to the desk at the Registration section I told the Official that I wished to get more information on the Amendments on my Folio CE6976F County Clare. I was first led to believe that it was an internal issue for the Land Registry. I said no it is not as I am the registered owner of this Folio CE6976F County Clare and when I mentioned the word fraud and a serious matter, a little panic set in and a legal person was called.
At 1PM the Legal Official arrived on the scene with a bundle of papers. This official initially tried to explain about the Amendment to the Folio CE6976F County Clare, and amid my serious allegations of wrongdoing the Official made a fatal slip and told us that Site Number 3 was transferred to Auctioneer John O'Doherty last July.
This Legal Official told myself and a witness loud and clear that this transfer of Site Number 3 was carried by the said Official last July and had to be done as a matter of URGENCY over all other property. This Official pulled no punches and was very forthcoming, she had in her hands the file and held it up for all to see. After she had realised the seriousness of what she had been involved in for right or for wrong, she decided to call in another Official.
After a short delay another Official appeared on the scene who introduced herself as Daire Guidera who at first I did not recognise. Ms Guidera was totally on edge and frustrated, she did not know whether to stand back or run. After some deliberation and confusion Ms Guidera decided to march us over to the office that we first attended at. When she got behind the desk she began asking the staff for a certain named document for me to fill in.
When the document was handed to me it was explained that it was an application to see the Instrument, and to add insult to injury this would take a considerable amount of time (weeks, months, we will never know) but after I had printed in the Registered Owner, the Folio number and what I understood was Auctioneer John O'Doherty's Instrument number, I suddenly woke up to the fact that I was once more being misled and hoodwinked by Ms Guidera, who was trying to have me fill and sign this document against my will. I was now filling out an application to see documents that we were given sight of only minutes before by an Official who we believe to be honourable.
I handed the document back to Ms Guidera and asked if she was the same Daire Guidera that communicated with me some time ago. Yes it was and it was the same Daire Guidera, Western Region that I asked the Complaints Section to have removed from dealing with my business and that I wanted no further dealings with in a letter to the Complaints Section dated the 1/3/2006.
If within seven days I do not receive answers to the following questions I will have no choice but take steps to have them answered.
