The Minister for Justice, Equality & Law Reform Brian Lenihan T.D.

Dear Minister Lenihan,

I wish to acknowledge receipt of your one line reply to my one and two page letters dated the 20th of September and the 16th of October 2007. A far cry Minister from your predecessor's attempts to expose and eradicate Fraud and Corruption in the Legal and Judicial System including corruption in all Government Offices and Departments.

Are we now back to square one Minister, i.e. will the watchdog that was promised to monitor corrupt judges be abandoned? Will the corrupt Office of the Taxing Master (Flynn & Minnock) be allowed to continue to operate? Will the corrupt Offices of Examiner & Official Assignee be allowed to continue to operate (Solicitor Bill Holohan, Assignee Thomas Tynan and Barrister Tom Kinirons & others) whose offices have bribed those who have co-operated with them in cover-up, fraud and mass corruption? (Documented evidence available on demand).

On my return from the High Court in Belfast (in support of Joe Ferris from Derry) on Friday 26/10/2007 I attended at the Office of the Chairman of the Revenue Commissioners in Dublin Castle to demand the return of five corrupt payments of the proceeds of crime which were accepted by the Office of the Revenue Commissioners, who are now fully aware that the five payments are the proceeds of Corruption and Fraud.

On our arrival at the reception desk of the Revenue in Dublin Castle we were asked to take a seat, and for the first time I came face to face with the good lady who has been communicating with me for some considerable time on behalf of the Chairman of the Revenue Commissioners (name withheld for now) because I did accuse the good lady of sending me cover-up and corrupt replies in relation to the three people from whom the Revenue received the five payments of stolen money, the proceeds of Corruption & Fraud.

The good lady does not deny that the five payments are the proceeds of Corruption and Fraud, and tried to persuade me to go after the Legal Profession, in this case Solicitor Bill Holohan, Barrister Tom Kinirons and Assignee/Officer of the Courts Thomas Tynan.

When that excuse failed I was told to go after another member of the Revenue Commissioners who attended at my house on the 14th of August 2007 from 3pm to 4.50pm and who led us (myself and two professional witnesses I had asked to sit in on the meeting) to believe that the money would be returned. I in turn promised to stop protesting outside the Offices of the Chairman of the Revenue in Dublin Castle.

There was not and so that there would be no misunderstanding, I told the good lady as more people began gathering around me and my witness that I had witnesses, a RC priest and a professional witness (a victim of legal corruption) visiting me from France, and that THE MEETING WAS RECORDED ON TAPE. When the good lady insisted that I make contact with the said Official of the Revenue Commissioners, I made it absolutely clear to the good lady that the said gentleman had misled us, i.e. when the meeting was over he said that he would begin dealing with the matter on his way back from Drumline to Limerick and contact me the next day, 15/8/2007. I believed this gentleman to no end, I made many phone calls to spread the good news and was told by an Officer of the Courts that it was "about time you got a break".

At 9pm the retired Officer of the Courts arrived to confirm the good news. When he got over the shock, he seemed to know and believe that this gentleman of the Revenue Commissioners was got at. For me John Gill, I lived in hope until the 16/8/2007 at 7.06pm on my way to a meeting in Omagh, Co. Tyrone. I picked up a message on my answer phone from the said gentleman who had made a U-turn and totally fudged the issue.

On the l7th of August 2007 I received a phone call from the said gentleman of the Revenue Commissioners. At this point he was in total denial and disarray, not only that but he had also made contact with the Chairman's Office and gave them a cock and bull story. The phone call that I received on the l7th of August 2007 was at 12.08pm and as I explained to the good lady, this gentleman who I named and was well known to her told me as he hung up on me that he did not want to talk to me any more. It was only after I discovered the LIES and DISHONESTY of the said Officers of the Revenue Commissioners that I had no choice but to BLOW THE WHISTLE on the recording of the one hour and fifty minute meeting.

The most constructive and heartening part of the saga was the assurance that they did not collude with other Departments of Government, in this case the Department of Justice, and/or the Legal Profession who are the key players in this Corruption and Fraud.

As I got no satisfaction from the good lady whose Office is in receipt of the proceeds of Corruption and Fraud, I told her that the only option open to me and many others is peaceful protest outside the Office of the Chairman in Dublin Castle. The only answer I got was a threat to call the Gardai. I told the good lady that there was no need, as I will be there with the protection of the Gardai, or under their watchful eye.

To the ten thousand and growing Irish people and others who are watching CrookedLawyers.com, thank you for your support. In our six and a half years of research we have linked the Legal Profession, Solicitors, Barristers and many of the Judiciary (political appointees) to the most appalling CORRUPTION and CRIME. Next up will be the Land Registry, the Bank of Ireland and others, namely many Court Registrars and Officers.

Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform Brian Lenihan, I am calling on you for an answer, and the Irish World is watching CrookedLawyers.com

JOHN GILL
