Our Demand: Our Constitutional Right, the right to a Jury Trial
Dear Mr. Lenihan,
I refer to my letter to you dated the 20th of September 2007 without reply.
It is interesting to listen to the goings on down at the Tribunal with the leader of Fianna Fail and his team trying to cast a slur on Mr. Tom Gilmartin and destroy his character. The methods are nothing new, i.e. throw enough mud and somehow someway some of it will stick, more important to have the general public believe that a decent man who is telling the truth is "a head case" to try and minimise the damage to a corrupt system.
There are no better people in the world in a position to destroy a person’s character than the "Irish Legal Mob" who are masters of deception, and to quote an A.I.B. Official: "They have got away for so long with destroying the lives and characters of honest decent people, that they think it is their God given right." They should reflect on what the corrupt Judge Sean O’Leary did when he found himself on his last legs. Too little too late - "Wait until I am six feet under".
Tom Gilmartin is correct when he states that all and everything that this corrupt State can muster up "true or false" will be used against him, up to and including locking him up in a nut house if they could get away with it.
To give a very close comparison: On the 8th February 2007 at 8.24 p.m. I received a phone call from a man who gave his name as John, but would not give me his surname. He had a very distinct Mayo accent and was most insulting and threatening. John told me that he was going to harm me. I said you are threatening me and as soon as you hang up I will phone the Sergeant at Shannon Station. His attitude then changed to be more frightened than threatening. John went on to tell me that he would not bodily harm me but would financially destroy me. He told me in no uncertain terms that neither I nor anyone belonging to me would ever get Planning Permission again. As our conversation developed Mr. John got more aggressive and more determined to intimidate me, but as he went on his agenda became more and more clear. I provoked him into making a fatal slip and he did just that. He named the State Solicitor for Mayo Mr. Seamus Hughes and a gentleman from near Westport in County Mayo, who Seamus Hughes once told me the said gentleman had a VERY NICE WIFE. The more our conversation developed the more threatening and silly he became and I hung up. I live in County Clare and there is not alone mass interference with me getting Planning on my Property, but there is mass interference with my Constitutional Rights (the right to sell my Property).
On the 18th May 2007 I received a phone call from a man who said, "You do not need my name, you are well aware of the antics of this man." It was about a thug of a Solicitor who robbed me of my property, in collusion with a tax cheating gangster of an Auctioneer from Limerick City. To make a long story short this Solicitor Richard O’Hanrahan also of Limerick City who I was told because he was bullied at school, set out in life to get his own back by having revenge on as many people as he possibly could.
This is the Solicitor who a Court Registrar to whom we spoke at our protest in Cork City and who I spoke to later on the phone and told me that O’Hanrahan was heavy into prescription drugs. This is the type of thug that the Law Society of Ireland protects on the one hand and the Minister for Finance (Fianna Fail) tells the Law Society of Ireland that the Law Society has nothing to fear from Fianna Fail (nothing to fear from Legal Corruption).
When we confronted O’Hanrahan at the back gate of the Four Courts some few months ago, we were told that "the Law was not for us" but he did not elaborate and/or it seems that he was unable because of the fact that he was under the weather. He began mumbling and waffling something and none of us could understand what he was mumbling about.
Minister, I have no doubt that you are aware of the Cluster Map on CrookedLawyers.com and that the eyes of the world are focused on the appalling Corruption, Fraud, Perjury and Criminality which is practised in the highest courts of the land (the High Court and Supreme Court of Ireland) with the wholehearted support and connivance of corrupt and crooked Judges.
Minister the extent of Corruption and Fraud in the Theft of Homes, Farms of Land, Development Property and Money from Accounts is at crisis point and the total blame and responsibility lay at the hands of a crooked, corrupt, rotten Judiciary appointed by what is becoming more apparent every day - a corrupt Government.
Minister Brian Lenihan of Fianna Fail, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, the responsibility lays with you; there are thousands of vulnerable people whose Health, Welfare and Livelihood are severely affected. The Legal Profession is the culprit at all levels and all departments of Government, and I reiterate there is no need for expensive Investigations or Tribunals. The existing Victims of the Legal Profession will co-operate free of charge.
The demand of the Victims of the Legal Profession is our Constitutional Right, the right to a Jury Trial to avoid the rampant corruption of corrupt Judges. Minister we are calling on you and the world is watching and waiting for an answer to the serious problem down at The Four Courts.
