The Chairman of the Revenue Commissioners,
Mr. Frank Daly,
Dublin Castle

Dear Mr. Daly,

A retired Officer of the Courts has told me that there is a possibility that the Chairman of the Revenue Commissioners may not have seen my correspondence, and I quote from his very words: "Many people may stay motivated for two or three months in their quest for the TRUTH and Justice. A small number of people may stay motivated for two or even three years but an honest person who has the TRUTH on their side will stay MOTIVATED FOR AS LONG AS IT TAKES TO EXPOSE THE WRONGS AND VINDICATE HIS GOOD NAME".

I therefore ask you Mr. Daly, Chairman of the Revenue Commissioners to intervene and direct that the monies that were received by the Revenue Commissioners which are the proceeds of Corruption and Crime, Fraud and Perjury be returned forthwith to its rightful owner, my good self John Gill.

The evidence is absolute; the corruption is monumental. Every minute detail of this fraud is available and every last detail is fraught with corruption and crime. Nothing can be overlooked as it is all relevant in the event of a challenge.

In this case there will be no need for an expensive TRIBUNAL, every iota of evidence I will produce, free of charge in an open forum, in an open and transparent manner before the Public, any time, any place.

When I discussed this matter in the company of an Officer of this State, who seemed to have no legs and was dragging himself around on two crutches, his words were and I quote: "Your case is a noble one and when you get a breakthrough you will find that many more people have and are suffering the same fate."

To conclude, I am calling on you, the Chairman of the Revenue Commissioners Mr. Frank Daly, to refund to me John Gill the corrupt monies you received from Tynan, Holohan and Kinirons that are the proceeds of Corruption, Crime, Fraud, Perjury and Deception which includes Perverting the Course of Justice.

I look forward to hearing from you Mr. Daly in the near future.

Yours Sincerely,

John Gill
