I quote from a letter sent from the Office of the Attorney General.
Ref: No. 2007/05494
13 September 2007
Mr. John Gill,
Drumline,
Newmarket on Fergus,
County Clare.
Dear Mr. Gill,
I refer to your letter of 10th September 2007.
The Attorney General is the legal adviser to the Government under the Constitution and as such has no function in relation to advising the public on legal matters.
It appears that you are disputing a Court Order in respect of a certain sum of money. You should seek to obtain legal advice in that regard should you consider it necessary.
Yours sincerely,

Your Ref: 2007/05494
Dear Mr. Antoine MacDonncha,
I refer to your above dated letter of the 13th September 2007. This five line reply to my three page letter is in the words of our former Minister for Justice Mr. Michael McDowell, A FRAUD AND A LIE.
In the first instance I did not ask for advice on Legal Matters, the object of the exercise was to report to the Attorney General and our Legal Advisor to the Government of Ireland a very corrupt criminal matter, i.e. corrupt sums of money paid to the Revenue Commissioners that are the proceeds of Corruption and Crime. These stolen proceeds of Corruption and Crime belong Constitutionally, Legally and Lawfully to me, John Gill, and were unlawfully given to the Revenue Commissioners by Thomas Tynan, Bill Holohan and Tom Kinirons.
The last two lines of your letter are as FALSE as the first. I am not disputing a Court Order because there is no Court Order. I am clearly spelling out to you that the Revenue Commissioners are in receipt of proceeds of Corruption and Crime and I am now calling on the Legal Advisor to the Government to intervene and have the Criminal Assets Bureau or the Garda Bureau of Fraud Investigation deal with this matter. Documented Evidence is available on request.
This letter received today the 18th September 2007 at 3 p.m. was sent out, I believe, as a result of the appearance of my three letters on the website of the Victims of the Legal Profession on yesterday's date 17th September 2007.
Yours sincerely,
John Gill
