CONTEMPT OF COURT ALERT, 11.30AM 25/7/2007
Following my return from London and High Wycombe on the 24th of July 2007 with a delegation of Victims of Irish Solicitors who were invited to London and High Wycombe to meet some of the many Irish People who lost their inheritance at the hands of the criminal conduct of Solicitors, Barristers and crooked members of the Irish Judiciary by Deception, Fraud and Mass Corruption.
After getting off the ferry at Dublin Port at 7 a.m. we stayed on in Dublin all of us from seven counties to support a Roscommon victim at the Hugh Kennedy Court in the High Court.
It was late when I got back to County Clare, I was tired and I had a sleep-in, but was woken up by a man banging on my door at 11.30 a.m. to alert me that there was heavy equipment and surveyors trespassing on my property FOLIOS 6976F and 11537F County Clare at Newmarket on Fergus, County Clare in breach of a Court Order dated the 29th November 2006.
I drove to Newmarket on Fergus without delay and discovered on Site No 3 a large machine parked on the site that had gained entry by removing large rocks from the front boundary of the site. I could see from the distance that there was quite a lot of work carried out at the rear of Site No 3 on my development property at Ballinacragga, Newmarket on Fergus. As there was no one around the area that I could see I placed a Notice on the large van (Reg. 06 LK 5248) to advise them that they were trespassing on my property and that I was on my way to report the matter to the Gardai at Shannon Garda Station. I placed the Notice on the windshield of the van and left.
On my way out I met one of the Surveyors who refused to give me his name but did however tell me that he was from E.M.C. Surveyors. I made it clear to him that he was trespassing on my Property, but he was adamant that he was there to do a job.
I drove to Shannon Garda Station and reported the matter to a Sergeant at the Station who asked me to let him have the documentation, i.e. the Court Order and so on that I had in my possession at home. I returned to the Shannon Station at 12.45 pm with the Order and documents from the High Court Central Office, Trust Documents, Site Maps and so on, six in all.
I later discovered that the Surveyors were from Newcastle West, County Limerick, Phone No 069 77820 & Fax 069 77827, 13 Arraview, Newcastle West, County Limerick.
A call later from Garda Kelleher of Newmarket on Fergus said she called to the site and that the machine and van were still there but there was no one around. Stated, she had the Order and was calling again.
An Engineer from High Wycombe and County Clare and an Accountant Computer Programmer from London, Ealing and Screen, County Sligo asked, "Is Ireland a Democratic Country?" They gave us names of Judges in England who were taken to Court on a regular basis the same as you and I for all kinds of wrong doing and criminal activity.
By the early morning of the 26th of July 2007 the E.M.C. Survey and earth moving equipment was removed and the rocks on the front boundary of FOLIO CE7976F County Clare were back in place. I checked again at 11.15 a.m. and there was no sign of anyone in or around the properties Folios CE6976F County Clare or CE11537F County Clare.
I had many calls of support for the following ten days. I was advised to check with Clare County Council Planning Section because there were developers from Ennis mentioned to a lady from Newmarket on Fergus, but she could not recall the names.
I called to the Planning Section of Clare County Council on the Kilrush Road and met with a lady called Siobhan, who did not want to give me her surname on the 27th July at 12.25 pm, she was very helpful but told me that it would take two days to search out the information I required.
I called back again at 1.50 pm on the 1st August 2007 and gave the factual details to a different lady at the Planning Office on the Kilrush Road, e.g. Reference: The Purchase of Properties CE7976F and CE11537F County Clare, The Expired Planning Ref: No and so on. I sat down before the computer with the good lady, who found ‘No Trace of Planning having been Applied For’ and told me that she would bring the matter to the attention of the Council Enforcement Agency.
She then asked me to hold on while she went to speak to the Enforcement Agency. After some time she returned with a more senior lady who did a thorough Planning Applications search of Ballinacragga and Newmarket on Fergus area generally but no trace was found of Permission being applied for.
I called to the Land Registry Office, Setanta Building, Nassau Street, Dublin on Friday the 3rd August 2007 with a witness and checked both properties CE6976F and CE11537F County Clare. There was no change from my previous checks and the Caution remained in place.
WHO ARE THE MAIN SUSPECTS IN THIS LATEST CORRUPTION AND FRAUD?
John O’Doherty, Auctioneer of O’Connell Street, Limerick who is involved in Tax Evasion and Tax Fraud since I first met him is the front man but would not succeed if it were not for the criminal activity of his legal team, land and property grabbing thief Solicitor John Hickie supported at the moment by Ennis Barrister Lorcan Connolly and the Ennis Circuit Court trio of O’Dea, Dermody and Wallace. Which of these people are in contempt of court albeit in contempt of a corrupt Court Order fabricated by fraudsters and opportunists who as our previous good Minister of Justice said bought their time and brought before the Court a malicious corrupt and fraudulent perjurous case before a judge who they knew full well would find in their favour, but in this case as in many others it has backfired.
The enormity of the Corruption and Fraud in the case of the 29th November 2006 at the Ennis Circuit Court before Judge Harvey Kenny was an appalling affront to Democracy, Decency, Respect for the Rule of Law and our Legal and Judicial System in Ireland, North and South. An Engineer from Bradford, England and Kilfinan, County Limerick said to me on the phone today that the Free Masons were worse than the Mafia and Ku-Klux-Klan, because there are more of them (Free Masons) about and they are more secretive, but declared that they are now seriously infiltrated.
