THE TANAISTE, AND MINISTER FOR JUSTICE EQUALITY AND LAW REFORM

MICHAEL McDOWELL T.D.

Dear Tanaiste,

I am replying to your letter dated the 2nd of February 2007 which is in reply to my letter of the 13th of January 2007.

Before moving on in greater depth to the larger picture, Minister, I wish to refer you to a letter to me dated the 7th of October 2004, which states that in reply to my correspondence of the 23rd of June 2004 that my correspondence was sent to the Garda Commissioner for his attention and direct reply.

On the 28th of September 2004 the Corporate Services division sent my correspondence to the Garda Commissioner at the Garda Headquarters, Phoenix Park, Dublin 8.

On the 8th of October 2004 the Garda Commissioner sent my correspondence to the Detective Chief Superintendent, Garda Bureau of Fraud Investigation, Assistant Commissioner.

On the 19th of May 2005 my correspondence was sent to the Garda Superintendent, Garda Siochana, Ennis, Co Clare stating to contact Mr Gill and have him outline in detail the criminal matters he wishes to complain of.

On Sunday the 10th of July 2005 I was contacted by telephone from Shannon Garda Station and from then until the 5th of January 2006 I attended at Shannon Garda Station with Detective Brian Quinn, and hour by hour, day by day, week by week, month by month, we put together in exhausting and thorough detail a most alarming and frightening account of corruption, fraud, deception and cover-up by many of the legal profession and judiciary at all levels.

On Monday the 5th of March 2007 I received a message on my answer phone to make contact with Ennis Garda Station to attend at the Garda station with a Detective Fahy and a detective from the Garda Bureau of Fraud Investigation in Dublin at 1pm the next day the 6th of March 2007.

On the 6th of March 2007 I met with Detective Fahy and the detective from the Garda Bureau of Fraud Investigation in Dublin in a room at Ennis Garda Station at 1.05pm believing that I was going to hear that the instigators and perpetrators of an elaborate fraud would be arrested and brought in for questioning, meaning John Casey & Co Solicitors, Bindon St, Ennis, Co Clare and S.T. O'Sullivan Solicitors, Bindon St, Ennis. To my horror and disgust I was told that orders from Headquarters told the detectives to question an Auctioneer, Philip O'Reilly who I was told by the detectives was questioned earlier that day, with no detail whatsoever of the outcome of O'Reilly's questioning.

After absorbing the initial shock from the two detectives, I did explain that I fully understand that O'Reilly was the fall guy, albeit a weak fall guy for the undoubted and undeniable fraud committed by John Casey & Co Solicitors and S.T. O'Sullivan Solicitors of Ennis, County Clare.

Minister for Justice Equality and Law Reform Michael McDowell TD, I request an honest and open answer to the following questions:

Minister for Justice Equality and Law Reform Michael McDowell and Garda Commissioner Noel Conroy, I am enclosing for your attention and urgent reply a seventy-four page file which caused a High Court Judge (Judge Michael Hanna) to dismiss himself from hearing my case because of the disturbing contents of the information in my Affidavit that some of his friends were involved in, and there was no mention of a Philip O'Reilly involvement. Also enclosed is my four-page letter to you Minister of the 13/1/2007 and those two pages dated 7/3/2007.

Minister McDowell and Commissioner Conroy, an early reply to the above questions appreciated (enclosed also your correspondence to me).

PLEASE DO NOT FUDGE THE ISSUE.

Yours Sincerely,

John Gill
