Minutes of Attendance at 40 Mespil Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 on the 3rd of January 2007 to collect my two Original Land Certificates FOLIO Numbers CE 6976F County Clare and FOLIO CE 6141F County Clare that are held by the Bank of Ireland's Legal Advisor Solicitor Allan Lewis on a bogus false authority and on a false Sworn Affidavit (PERJURY).
The Bank Managers of the Bank of Ireland, 125 O'Connell Street, Limerick (four in all) told me that they could do without this type of publicity and as late as a week ago wanted no more to do with this appalling story. The Bank Managers who were involved in accepting the BOGUS documents and swearing the false Sworn Affidavit were Noelle O'Neill and Brendan Ryan.
When I produced the documented evidence to Solicitor Allan Lewis at 1.05 PM on the 3rd of January 2007 the only excuse he could come up with was that the Land Certificates were in the Company name; I told Allan Lewis that this was none of his business. His answer to that was don't raise your voice. I said I will raise my voice if I feel like it. I reminded Solicitor Allan Lewis that I had lost the Sale of my Property at least ten times because of his criminal conduct. I reminded this crooked Legal Advisor to the Bank of Ireland of the many people who have taken their own lives and the lives of others by hanging and drowning as a direct result of the criminal conduct of the criminal and greedy grabbing element of the Legal Profession which includes the Barristers and many of the Judiciary. Naming one of many who died on the 22nd of December 2006 (RIP Judge Sean O'Leary) whom I will tell the TRUTH about later in reply to the Irish Times newspaper article of the 3rd of January 2007.
I also demanded from Solicitor Allan Lewis the return of a corrupt payment of stolen money accepted by Allan Lewis from two fraudsters who I named (Thomas Tynan and Bill Holohan, Solicitors at the Court Services Building in Smithfield, Dublin). The amount of this stolen money accepted by Solicitor Allan Lewis is E17,041.82 paid to Solicitor Allan Lewis on the 5/7/2004.
I further say that Solicitor Allan Lewis is fully aware that this money is a CORRUPT payment stolen from me John Gill by Perjury, Forgery, Deception, Distortion of agreed Signed Contracts, Collusion, concealing facts disclosed by documents from the Courts and MASS Perversion of the Course of Justice.
The answer I received from Solicitor Allan Lewis to this demand was that he was granted this money from the Courts. This was a malicious deceitful LIE. In a telephone conversation and letter dated the 18th of October 2001, Solicitor Allan Lewis told me and put it in writing that the Bank does not intend to be represented in Court because the Bank was secured to the tune of £400.000.00 minimum for a debt of £22,000.00. The Security being the same two Original Land Certificates that Solicitor Allan Lewis is holding today 5/1/2007 by FRAUD, PERJURY, BOGUS AUTHORITY in collusion with a CRIMINAL RING of gangsters. I further say I that on the 5th of February 2003, Supreme Court Judge Susan Denham raised her voice and told the Court, that the Bank of Ireland and the Revenue Commissioners were refused costs after I had quoted chapter and verse of the Law to the Court.
I have in my possession a transcript of the Supreme Court hearing of the 18th of December 2002, which details my evidence to the Court. I have also in my possession a ten-page document that was handed to me before the second hearing before the Supreme Court on the 5th of February 2003 and it clearly states "JUDGMENT delivered on the 5th of February 2003 by Fennelly J."
The list in this Judgment includes CLUNE LYNCH & COMPANY. This criminal corrupt Judgment prepared by the notorious criminal ring listed in my Affidavit Sworn on the 28th of September 2006 that caused the Honourable Judge Michael Hanna to dismiss himself from hearing my case must be of serious concern to all.
Named in equal terms in my Affidavit of the 28th of September 2006 is Solicitor Allan Lewis, Legal Advisor to the Bank of Ireland as part and parcel of this criminal ring that caused this Honourable Judge to abandon the case.
The Judgment was given before the case was heard on the 5th of February 2003 must give some indication of how corrupt and rotten our Legal and Judicial System is. Who can believe it, the Judgment given before the case was heard? Does this not prove categorically that our Courts are riddled with a cancerous corruption and controlled by mobsters and gangsters who are above the Law and are answerable to no one?
It must be said that the case was not fully complete on the 5th of February 2003 - while on the podium having wonderful success, a row erupted between the vultures and gurriers in the court room and the three judges, which resulted in the three judges going into their chambers for a break. At this stage, I had been in control and had won three stages of the five sections of this appalling corrupt case; eliminated at this stage was the Bank of Ireland, the Revenue Commissioners and a crooked member of Clune Lynch & Co (Gerry Lynch). After the three judges returned, a further row erupted and whether it was an act or not, Supreme Judge Susan Denham refused the Bank of Ireland, the Revenue Commissioners and Gerry Lynch back in for costs. To this day, it never became clear to me why the three judges, Denham, Murray and Fennelly abandoned the hearing of the last two stages; the three disappeared into their chambers never to return. There is no doubt whatsoever that the so-called row was an act to allow the criminal mobsters, gangsters, fraudsters off the hook, which has resulted in a three-year chase to date of those lowlife corrupt criminal gangsters who had the full support of many twisted corrupt criminal members of the Judiciary who have aided and abetted and more the theft of money and property.
I did after a long period of aggravation and persuasion force the Supreme Court Office to let me have a TRUE copy, albeit a corrupt copy, of the so-called end to this corrupt case.
This ORDER/JUDGMENT although dated the 5th of February 2003 came long after the 5th of February 2003 and proves what a liar and twister Solicitor Allan Lewis was and is, but as Paisley once said, if you live by the sword you DIE by the sword.
