A SKELETON IN WELLINGTONS IS HOW AN AUCTIONEER FROM LIMERICK CITY WAS DESCRIBED ON SATURDAY EVENING THE 3RD JUNE 2006.

Auctioneer John O'Doherty who is trading under the name of Roberts Auctioneers, 85 O'Connell Street, Limerick City did on the evening of the 3rd June 2006 jump over a gate and fence from the property of Larry and Maureen Walsh of Ennis Road, Newmarket-on-Fergus, County Clare, and did make a serious threat to harm me, John Gill, and my digger driver Dave Garvey of Charleville, Co. Cork. The distance between where we were walking on our property and where John O'Doherty jumped on to our property was approximately 200 yards. When I saw John O'Doherty running towards us I asked Dave not to say anything and to keep walking.

Despite the fact that I shouted at O'Doherty to say that I had spoken to the Sergeant of the Gardai as we continued walking, Mr. O'Doherty continued to follow us, hurling abusive threats. When O'Doherty realised that we were not about to listen to his abusive threats he went to inspect the fencing work that we had carried out earlier in the day.

Approximately a half mile away at the only entrance to my property I was sitting on the ESB box at the side of the footpath with Dave leaning up on the front of my car when John O'Doherty drove up and got out of his black escort station wagon. O'Doherty first walked up to Dave and began abusing Dave about the digger. As I had asked Dave not to answer or get into an argument Dave accepted the abuse in silence. O'Doherty then turned on me and said that he would seriously harm me if he had not applied for an injunction to do something that he refused to tell me about.

Within minutes the recovery wagon arrived to move the digger to my house at Drumline. It was driven and owned by John McMahon who was helping with the fencing and excavation work during the day. John McMahon was accompanied by John O'Connor who was also with us on the day. When John McMahon had the recovery wagon reversed and parked in the driveway John O'Doherty turned on John McMahon and threatened to sue for the work carried out on my property and in an abusive way interrogated John about the ownership of the digger. John McMahon told O'Doherty that he was answerable only to John Gill. The other John refused to entertain him at all.

In the interim I had phoned the gardai at Shannon Garda Station and Sergeant Reidy was alerted to call to where we were being interrogated by O'Doherty. I contacted the Gardai with John McMahon's mobile phone. When John O'Doherty failed to intimidate the three men I observed O'Doherty approaching me and as he approached I jumped onto a large boulder or rock and pretended that I was on the phone to Sergeant Reidy (I began talking out loud), it was then and only then that O'Doherty drove away.

We loaded the digger on the recovery wagon, locked the gate and left for Drumline. We later made three independent statements to the Gardai at Shannon Garda Station.

It is important to stress that there were six horses trespassing on my property from the previous Sunday, the 28th May 2006. Details reported to Shannon Gardai at Shannon Garda Station on the day.

While in Newmarket-on-Fergus Garda Station with Sergeant Reidy I was shown a site map. It was my site map. It had my property at Ballinacragg, Newmarket-on-Fergus, Co. Clare, and my site no. 3, Woodland Heights, Newmarket-on-Fergus, Co. Clare edged altogether in red. This was I believe given to Sergeant Reidy by John O'Doherty, and Sergeant Reidy was given to believe that this was the property of John O'Doherty, John knowing and believing that this was a lie. I told Sergeant Reidy that the map was a forgery.

On Tuesday, 30th May 2006 I received a phone call from Garda Killeen of Newmarket-on-Fergus Garda Station to say that Larry Walsh had made a complaint of trespass about me and was asked over the phone to make and give an undertaking that I would not trespass on the driveway or around the house of Larry and Maureen Walsh. I told Garda Killeen that I did not trespass on the driveway and around the house of Larry and Maureen Walsh and that I first went to Shannon Garda Station to report the horses that were trespassing on my property, with witness John McMahon and it was suggested that I should go to the first named suspect who I had a fair idea owned the horses, and that was the reason and the only reason that I called to the house of Larry Walsh and his wife Maureen. Written details were dropped into the Garda Station at Newmarket-on-Fergus on the 30th of May 2006 at approximately 5.30 p.m.

Because of the enormity of the criminal conduct in the attempted theft of my property it is vital and essential that I keep vigil on every aspect of the movements of all involved.

At approximately 2.15 p.m. on the 3rd of June 2006 while Dave Garvey and I were transporting rocks to fence the final access to my property near the horse stables of Larry and Maureen Walsh we observed Larry Walsh or what appeared to be Larry Walsh behind the trees on his own side of the fence, and approximately forty or so minutes later I was approached by Sergeant Reidy who asked me my name and then I told him. The Sergeant asked about the horses and I told Sergeant Reidy that I had let them into the field where I thought they belonged after reporting to a Sergeant at Shannon Garda Station on the previous day. I decided not to take them to the Pound as they were expensive horses and I did not want to injure them by having them loaded on a truck.

It is also important to advise that I was told that Larry Walsh was a millionaire of Walsh Western fame and when John O'Doherty jumped across the fence to threaten it was from the horse stables and yard of Larry and Maureen Walsh.

When I was interviewed by Sergeant Reidy at approximately 2.30 p.m. I told him that I could prove I owned the property. Sergeant Reidy said that he had a Deed to prove otherwise. I told Sergeant Reidy that if he had a Deed that the Deed was a FRAUD. Sergeant Reidy asked when I could produce the evidence. I said that the evidence was there but I had forgotten to take it with me.

Sergeant Reidy asked when could he have the evidence and I said as soon as I get home to collect it. When I got back to where the two men were working, I told them the story and they told me that they would manage without me for a while. I drove to Drumline to collect the documents and drove back to the Garda Station at Newmarket-on-Fergus. The Garda Station was closed so I drove to Shannon Garda Station as I had forgotten to ask what Garda Station I was asked to report to. A Ban Garda made some phone calls and found that it was Sergeant Reidy who asked that I leave the documents at the Station in Shannon and that the Sergeant would contact me the next day.

Since I fenced off this property on the 6th March 2006 there were many instances of sabotage, mutilation of fencing, railings, locks and chains destroyed. O'Doherty drove in to the scene of the damage while I sat there with a witness. All of the details were reported to the Gardai and statements made.

The documented evidence left at Shannon Garda Station at approximately 3.00 p.m. on the 3rd June 2006 includes evidence that John O'Doherty has been involved in serious criminal activity for many years. This includes money laundering, distortion, forgery, hot money, money under the table and I named many people to the Gardai who John O'Doherty has threatened over the years that I have known him. The reasons vary from extortion to not paying men who had worked for O'Doherty with machinery and manual work.

The documents that I left at Shannon Garda Station for Sergeant Reidy of Newmarket-on-Fergus Garda Station included forged and distorted documents that John O'Doherty handed to the Court in Kilrush and the Ennis Courts while John was in the witness stand. They include a letter from Ennis County Council Engineer Walter Walsh, false inventory of sales and more.

I must, for the record, put on record that I believe that John O'Doherty is a greedy money and land grabbing individual who will stop at nothing to the tune of causing serious injury or even death because John O'Doherty has the full support and backing of Solicitors Richard O'Hanrahan, Law Chambers, Limerick, Solicitors John Hickie, 10 The Crescent, Limerick City, Solicitors Gerry O'Neill of 7 Williams Street, Limerick City and Solicitors/Bishop Shaun Elder and Andrew Darcy of Six the Crescent, Limerick City and Barrister Lorcan Connolly. All of whom are fully aware of the aforementioned criminal activity and all of whom have supported and defended John O'Doherty in the Courts in Kilrush, Ennis and the High Court in Dublin including Brid O'Dea and Susan Dermody of the Ennis Circuit Court Office.

Many of those solicitors have themselves served me, John Gill, with wilful, malicious, perjurous false documents, knowing that they were false in the hope that they would intimidate and scare me into surrender and destroy me.

Before Judge Carroll Moran, May 7th 2003 when Judge Moran took it on himself to bail out the wrongdoers and hoodwink me by making an Order for Discovery, when no one asked or wanted such Order. An Order that was later distorted by the Circuit Court Officers Brid O'Dea and Susan Dermody.

Before Kilrush Circuit Court again on the 4th November 2003 to be once more subjected to corruption by all involved including the Judge, details on record.

At Kilrush Circuit Court on the 11th February, 2004 Judge John O'Hagan for some reason best known to himself decided not to hear or preside over this case of mass perjury, corruption and theft of property by John O'Doherty and his legal team. Instead, Judge O'Hagan promised that he would ask Brid O'Dea (Registrar) to have it listed first on the list for the next term. (This was like asking my brother if I am a liar).

The case came before the well known Judge Carroll Moran again on the 29th April 2004, and in a pre-planned cue I was asked if I had objection to first taking the Witness stand. I replied that I had no objection whatsoever (being well aware of what is the corrupt farce that is the Irish Legal and Judicial System). While in the witness stand I gave the Court an earful of what they did not expect. This was the day that John O'Doherty did present to the Court while in the witness stand under oath the many PERJUROUS altered and distorted documents that I handed in to Shannon Gardai on Saturday last the 3rd June 2006.

For safekeeping all of my documents are copied to people and offices all over Ireland and other countries to protect me from those who are members of the Irish Legal and Judicial Mafia, the Irish Ku Klux Klan or the Secret Society of the Freemasons and for all of you out there who are in any doubt, anyone who is in any way involved in preparing documents with the intention of aiding others in the theft of your property are THUGS and the scum of the Earth.

The Judgement of Judge Carroll Moran was no more than I had expected from Judge Carroll Moran and as I told a senior registrar, Betty McGuigan in the Central Office of the High Court, it is what I expected from a CORRUPT system.

I was in Ennis High Court on Circuit again on the 15th November 2004 before Supreme Court Judge Adrian Hardiman who exposed John O'Doherty for committing perjury while in the witness stand. The only reprimand was to ask O'Doherty to stand down from the witness stand. Judge Hardiman ruled in my favour but left a loophole to cover up for the criminal conduct of a well known firm of fraudsters, John Casey & Co of Bindon Street, Ennis, Co. Clare (Niall Casey is now sitting on the panel of solicitors in the Disciplinary Tribunal in Bow Street, Dublin 7, in judgement of others of like mind).

I was in Limerick City High Court on Circuit again at the pleasure and instigation of O'Doherty's Barrister Lorcan Connolly on the 17th November 2004. Before Supreme Judge Adrian Hardiman and again I was one ahead (well prepared and armed to the teeth, thank goodness). Barrister Connolly was spluttering and farting like a 1948 JCB but was unable to satisfy Judge Hardiman that perjury, forgery and deception was the truth. O'Doherty was at the back of the Court sitting on the steps of a door with his head between his legs.

I was back again in the High Court on Circuit before Supreme Judge Brian McCracken on the 3rd March 2005. Judge McCracken fumbled his way out of hearing the truth and embarrassing his crooked colleagues and adjourned the case to the next session in November.

On the 30th of March I removed my files from the corrupt criminal conduct of the Ennis Circuit Court Officers O'Dea and Dermody and brought my case to the High Court in Dublin and the Right Honourable Judge Eamon DeValera. This case was before DeValera on the 25th April, the 9th May, the 30th May and the 27th June 2005 which turned out to be the greatest farce of all time. It turned out to be a case of me versus Judge DeValera. I was exposing the criminal conduct of DeValera's colleagues and the Right Honourable Judge DeValera acted outside the law and the Constitution (akin to selling false shares in the old blind man's Irish Press); I told him it was an abuse of privilege to which he said he took great offence.

On the 10th of October I applied by Motion to stop all of the nonsense and proceedings and went to the Garda Bureau of Fraud Investigation and was successful, but it did not deter the Clare Circuit Court Officers of Patrick Wallace, Brid O'Dea and Susan Dermody from continuing their corrupt criminal activities. They specifically took it upon themselves to haul me back into the cesspool of corruption that is to me the Ennis Circuit Court Office. The legal advisor of this bank, Allan Lewis has received a corrupt payment of 17,000.00 Euro from Tom Tynan and Bill Holohan who swore false affidavits, altered and distorted legal documents. Allan Lewis is the legal advisor to bank manager Brendan Ryan who swore a false affidavit (perjury) and is now in a frenzy of cover-up. Noelle O'Neill, now a Bank Manager, did receive my original Land Certificate folio no. 6976F, Co. Clare on a bogus authority knowing it to be bogus. Under the Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) Act 2001, this is a serious offence. What are we to expect from other criminal thugs when the Bank of Ireland allows their senior staff to behave like criminals. (Bogus authority received from Bishop Elder and Andrew Darcy).

Have stolen from me more than 70,000.00 Euro through perjury, forgery, distortion of legal documents and thuggery that one would only expect from the scum of the earth.

O'Sullivan is in possession of 40,000.00 Euro of stolen money that was given to him by Tom Tynan and Bill Holohan of 15-24 Phoenix House, Smithfield, Dublin, who lied, cheated, committed perjury, altered and distorted legal documents. There is no way that a civilised society can any longer tolerate the type of thuggery and scandalous criminal conduct that so many vulnerable people had to tolerate over the years. While I sat in Casey's office with Niall Casey I was excused while Niall made a phone call to a Garda to allow a case to fall in favour of his client and that the favour would be returned. Niall Casey on another occasion with his Barrister John Punch from Castletroy, Limerick set me up to rob me of £3,500.00 and when he was challenged he asked me for the sum of £2,500.00 and again I refused to pay. This took place outside the courtroom in Ennis with Barrister John Punch walking up and down close by looking out under the ball of horsehair on his head. The £3,500.00 or £2,500.00 they never received but I was saddled with a huge bill that was stolen from my next transaction, the sale of the next house.

Do we have to wait for another tragedy such as the Veronica Guerin tragedy before the State and Minister for Justice acts?

Minister Michael McDowell, the victims of the legal profession have saved the State the embarrassment of sending in the long promised watchdog to monitor crooked judges and the cost to the State and the taxpayer. Many of these judges have total contempt for the rule of law and the oath that they have taken to uphold the law. They are the puppets and cronies of corrupt politicians and must be ferreted out and got rid of before a serious tragedy occurs.

Minister for Justice, Michael McDowell T.D., you may not be responsible for appointing those political hacks to the bench but you are responsible for the way they behave in the administration of justice or the lack of it and we beg of you to act and act now!

To clean up the farce that is the Irish legal and judicial system all that is needed is that the men and women on the bench carry out their duty as they have sworn to do (without fear, favour, affection or ill-will towards any man so help me God). The many or all of the people in wigs and gowns and those who prepare false documents of perjury, forgery, distortion and money laundering would be forced out of business or starve but for the powers that be. This will serve a serious blow to corruption in Ireland and turn the tide on the criminal element of the legal and judicial which is long overdue.
