In Court to defend the false Listing for John O’Doherty, Auctioneer were Barrister Lorcan Connolly, Solicitor John Hickie and Solicitor Richard O'Hanrahan.

There were very few cases on the callover list and my false and bogus listing was the first to be called. When it was called I walked up close to the bench and told the Court that this was a false malicious listing. I tried to have my Sworn Affidavit given to Supreme Court Judge Brian McCracken first as I was the Plaintiff in this false listing but was ignored by the Registrar before the Court Ms. Brid O'Dea, who instead reached over and accepted a file from Barrister Lorcan Connolly for John O'Doherty.

Justice Brian McCracken reminded me of a conflict of interest and I said, "No problem, carry on." I made another attempt to hand in my Sworn Affidavit but the Honourable Judge said that he would read the Pleadings first. I do not know what was in this file of so-called pleadings of John O'Doherty as the only pleadings that I received from John O'Doherty’s legal team (Gerry O'NeiII, Solicitor) was what was supposed to be a Sworn Affidavit which was not sworn or dated. This non-sworn non-dated Affidavit was handed to me on the 9th of December 2003 before the Circuit Court in Limerick City and Circuit Court Judge Carroll Moran.

I later made a written complaint to SoIicitor for John O'Doherty John Hickie and I received at 12.50 p.m. on the 15th of April 2004 a Sworn Affidavit sworn this 9th day of December with November 2003 crossed out. THIS WAS A SWORN AFFIDAVIT OF PERJURY AND MUTILATED DISTORTED DOCUMENTS. Were these the Pleadings that were handed to Supreme Court Judge Brian McCracken at this bogus false listing on the 14th of March 2006?

It would appear that Judge McCracken could not find anything to go on in those so-called Pleadings and it also seemed that Barrister Lorcan Connolly was not able to assist Judge McCracken other than making twisted degrading insults in a desperate bid to get costs for misleading the Court, perverting the course of justice and justifying perjury. For example: Mr Connolly mentioned Bankruptcy and I told the Court that the Bankruptcy was a FRAUD committed by John Casey and Co. of Bindon St, Ennis, Co. Clare.

I read from my Affidavit a list of the offences committed under the Theft and Fraud Offences Act 2001 by John O'Doherty, Auctioneer and his team, which include PERJURY, COLLUSION. FALSIFICATION AND MUTILATION OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS, MONEY LAUNDERING, CONCEALMENT OF EVIDENCE FROM THE COURTS. I told the Court on two occasions that I had had taken possession of my property, which was accepted by Supreme Judge Brian McCracken, who asked me, "Then what are you complaining about?" I told Judge McCracken that I was concerned that those people (meaning the Circuit Court Staff of Brid O'Dea and Susan Dermody) would send me out a false Order/Judgment.

I told the Court that Solicitor John Hickie was jointly involved with Auctioneer John O'Doherty in the THEFT of my property. Barrister Lorcan Connolly asked Supreme Judge Brian McCracken for COSTS, I then turned and said to Mr Lorcan Connolly, COSTS FOR LIES AND PERJURY. The Honourable Judge told Mr Connolly that this Court was not going to give him costs. Solicitor Richard O'Hanrahan tried to complain about the website of the Victims of the Legal Profession but was turned down by Judge McCracken. I think that my CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS WERE UPHELD AFTER SIXTY-THREE TIMES BEFORE THE COURTS ON FALSE AND FRAUDULENT CHARGES OF PERJURY FORGERY, DISTORTlON OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS, ETC.

This was the first time after sixty-three hearings, or should I say sixty-three malicious and deliberate attempts to defeat and destroy me by Officers of the Courts, its Solicitors, Barristers and Judges.

Justice Brian McCracken told the Court and witnesses from Tullamore, Co. Offaly; Lifford, Co. Donegal; Glenmore, Co. Kilkenny; Belmullet, Co. Mayo; Strokestown, Co. Roscommon and Killala, Co. Mayo that he had no documents to go on. What this means is that the Ennis Circuit Court staff of Brid O'Dea and Susan Dermody had once more CONCEALED EVIDENCE from the Court, and the fact that they would not hand my Affidavit to the Judge when Judge McCracken complained that he had nothing to go on speaks for itself.

I did however for the first time receive from Supreme Court Judge Brian McCracken a reasonable chance to voice my opinion and express freely my convictions (Article 40.6.1 of the Irish Constitution). I told the Court loud and clear of the six months that I had helped the Detectives in their investigation into criminal conduct of John O'Doherty, Auctioneer, his Solicitor John Hickie and others. I told the Court that I was with the Shannon detectives at the Garda Station from the 11th of June to the 5th of January 2006.

This information was with the Ennis Circuit Court Office for some time together with a letter from the Shannon Garda Detective Branch. I had also lodged with the Circuit Court Office a 24-page schedule index document in wire binding which contained the corrupt criminal conduct of the principal offenders Brid O'Dea and Susan Dermody. All of this documented evidence (damning evidence) was concealed from the Court by the Officers of the Court.

The Honourable Justice Brian McCracken reminded me that I had been before him on previous occasions. I said, "Yes Your Honour, I was before you on the 12th of February 2001 and you gave those people two weeks to sort out this problem so what am I doing here on the 14th of March 2006?"

Barrister Lorcan Connolly was told that he was not going to get costs after I confronted Mr Connolly and told him, Costs for PERJURY. My Constitutional Rights were upheld, but will there be any more criminal interference?

My complaint to the Court that my Constitutional Rights (Articles 40 and 43) were violated were, I hope, listened to.

I made it clear to the Court that the whole of this appalling miscarriage of justice was investigated by the Garda Bureau of Fraud Investigation and not just this farcical false listing of the Circuit Court Office. Again, it is difficult to comprehend that a 24-page document that was registered to the Circuit Court Office on the 10th of March 2006 was concealed and withheld from the Court and presiding Judge.

What the Officers of the Circuit Court in Ennis must realise is that no amount of cover-up, perjury, mutilation of documents or corruption will OBLITERATE THE TRUTH, so help me God.
