The High Court on Circuit

Ennis, Co. Clare

Record No. 492/2002

John Gill (Plaintiff in Person)

and

John O'Doherty (Defendant)

Affidavit of John Gill

I, John Gill of Drumline, Newmarket-on-Fergus in the County of Clare aged eighteen years and upwards hereby make oath and say as follows:

1. I am the Plaintiff in this matter, I make this Affidavit on my own behalf. I make it from the facts within my own knowledge save where otherwise appearing and whereso appearing I believe same to be true.

2. I say and believe that the Appeal Listing received by me on the 21st of February 2006, dated the 20th of February 2006 is a malicious and wilful attempt by the Circuit Court officers of Brid O'Dea and Susan Dermody to destroy me, John Gill.

3. I say and believe that there was no Appeal lodged for hearing at the Circuit Court in Ennis as I had withdrawn from the Circuit Court Office all of my dealings on the 30th of March 2005 because of the corrupt conduct of Brid O'Dea and Susan Dermody.

4. I say and believe that I have prepared a synopsis of the lies and corruption of Brid O'Dea and Susan Dermody in 24 pages of documented evidence in wire binding over the past five years.

5. I say and believe that I made a surprise visit to the Office of the Circuit Court on the morning of the 22nd of February at 9.50 a.m. Susan Dermody and all involved lied and denied that they knew anything whatsoever about my move to save my sanity.

6. I say and believe that when I returned from a meeting in Dublin on Thursday evening the 9th of March I called to have a look at my property at Woodland Heights and Ballinacragga, Newmarket-on-Fergus, Co. Clare to discover that my property, i.e. barbed-wire fencing, twenty two feet lengths of two inch by four inch wooden railings, gate chain and padlock, For Sale/Sold sign, car trailer MUTILATED and DESTROYED to an estimated cost of more than Euro 1200.

7. I say and believe that this was 6 p.m. and I immediately phoned the Gardai who were there in less than a half-hour. They inspected the damage and I made a statement to the Shannon Gardai. I with the aid of two others did some repair and replacement of chain and lock on Friday the 10th of March 2006.

8. I say and believe that the Gardai asked me whether I had a suspect and I named a suspect. The suspect that I named I was reliably informed, is jointly involved with his legal advisor in the theft of my property at Woodland Heights and Ballinacragga, Newmarket-on-Fergus, Co. Clare and this appears to be reasonably accurate by evidence uncovered when I was assisting the Fraud Investigating Detectives who were carrying out an investigation into the said suspect which is not complete as yet.

9. I say and believe that after attending Mass at the Holy Rosary Church in Limerick City, I drove to Newmarket-on-Fergus, Co. Clare to discover that there was more criminal damage done to my For Sale/Sold sign at Woodland Heights. I again phoned the Gardai and reported the damage; on this occasion the sign was ripped off the boarding and removed from the site. This was 12.05 p.m. and I had the sign replaced again at 3.30 p.m. on the 12th of March 2006.

10. I say and believe that this suspect is involved in this criminality because it is my firm belief that he has the backing and support of his legal team and others.

11. I say and believe that this listing by the Circuit Court Office is a malicious and deliberate Fraud and is designed to help others to unlawfully and maliciously rob and steal my property.

12. I say and believe that this Sworn Affidavit together with 24 pages of exhibits of evidence of my dealings with the Ennis Circuit Court Office staff and 16 pages of my dealings with Auctioneer John O'Doherty and his legal team clearly demonstrates the depth of CORRUPTION, PERJURY, COLLUSION, FALSIFICATION AND MUTILATION OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS, MONEY LAUNDERING AND CONCEALMENT OF EVIDENCE FROM THE COURTS CONTRARY TO THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE (THEFT AND FRAUD OFFENCES) ACT 2001.

13. I say and believe that for justice to be done and seen to be done, this false listing must be rejected and dismissed; and the Garda Bureau of Fraud Investigation must be allowed to carry out their duty without any further interference.

SWORN BY ME THE SAID JOHN GILL IN THE COUNTY OF CLARE THIS 14th DAY OF MARCH 2006 BEFORE ME A COMMISSIONER FOR OATHS AND I KNOW THE DEPONENT.
