Advance Preparation for Unlawful Court Case in Ennis

For the attention of Mr Patrick Wallace, Ms Brid O'Dea and Susan Dermody, The Circuit Court Office, The Court House, Ennis, Co. Clare (Solicitors and Officers of the Courts)

I enclose for your attention a synopsis of your wilful, malicious and cruel conduct that all three of you have and continue to subject me to. Would you do it to an animal or what kind of homes did you come from and what kind of an upbringing did you get? Do you believe that there is a God or what kind of a warped and sick mentality inspires one human being to destroy another?

Whether you are covering up for the corrupt criminal conduct of John Casey & Co, Shaun Elder, Andrew Darcy, Joe Griffin, John Hickie, Tom Kinirons, Tom Tynan, Bill Holohan or a front for the rat packs of the Mafia, I will not be drawn down to your cesspool of fraud and corruption, and will continue to be vocal until you desist from your corrupt criminal campaign.

You are the very people that will drag this country down into the gutter and try to escape without blemish. It is our intention to join with Transparency International to expose the mass criminal corruption and name the perpetrators without fear or favour of anyone.

I have no doubt that some of you watched Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack on Monday night last, the 27th of March, on RTE One - Sinatra survived under the cloak of the Rat Pack and there is no doubt in our minds that John O'Doherty feels safe under the cloak of the Courts when he has your good selves, his solicitor John Hickie and Barrister Lorcan Connolly, who are willing to lie, twist and assist him in his campaign of perjury, forgery, money laundering and theft of property.

It is our intention to let as many victims as possible know that instigators or accessories in fraud, active corruption and money laundering are equally as guilty as the perpetrators.

Now that you have interfered with the Garda Siochana's investigation into John O'Doherty and others, we may as well flush the Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offenses) Act 2001 down the sewer. At a meeting in Shannon on Wednesday, when discussing the Ennis court offices, a gentleman from six counties remarked that we have a great little country but that the Mafia would starve here.

The 14th of March will be my 63rd time before the Courts as a result of the Mafia Rat Pack's malicious determination to defeat me at any cost, and defeat me they may, but deny me the right to speak out against corruption, perjury, money laundering and concealing the truth they never will.

John Gill, Drumline, Newmarket-on-Fergus, Co. Clare
