Corruption, Collusion, Fraud and Deception

On Tuesday the 21st of February I went by train to Dublin to meet with four victims of appalling injustice at the Restaurant of the Kilkenny building in Nassau Street, Dublin; after that, we went to Virginia in Co. Cavan where we were collected and taken to Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan to listen to the story of an 84-year-old man who is being humiliated by solicitors in Meath and Cavan with no place to go for help.

When we arrived back at 11.55 p.m. that night, I found in my mailbox a letter from the Circuit Court Office in Ennis, Co. Clare dated February 20 which states as follows: Re:- John Gill v John O'Doherty, Record 492/2002. Dear Sir, The above-mentioned Appeal to the High Court is listed for hearing at The Courthouse, Ennis, on Tuesday the 14th of March 2006 at 10.30 a.m. Yours faithfully, Patrick Wallace, County Registrar.

Late as it was, I made some calls to my learned members who suggested that I go first thing in the morning with a witness, a reliable person, and arrive at Office of the Circuit Court in Ennis without notice to demand to know why this letter was sent out. I arrived at the Circuit Court Office at 9.50 a.m. and produced the letter. The lady who first attended seemed to have the perfect answer, the answer that most unfortunate victims would accept and go away - with some small authority and vague threat I was told that the Case was listed and that was the end of the story, FULL STOP. I insisted that I had lodged no Appeal and was not going to take no for an answer. I asked to speak to Mr Patrick Wallace and was told to take a seat and that Patrick Wallace would attend if available.

I took a seat beside my learned civil servant, and after some delay with to-ing and fro-ing in the office behind the screen I was attended by one Susan Dermody who was familiar to me. Susan had with her what appeared to be my file or all that was left of it.

I had on the 30th of March 2005 removed my documents, i.e. my two sworn affidavits, two large detailed sworn documents in this case, Record No. 492/2002. They were handed over to me personally by Susan Dermody; also returned to me was the original file that was sent to the Circuit Court Office from the Land Registry Office in Nassau St, Dublin. These documents I believe should not have been given to me. This letter dated the 20th of February 2006 is the second malicious, wilful bogus fraud, and the second false listing sent to me by the Circuit Court Office in Ennis, Co. Clare. I will exhibit the second in my sworn affidavit.

The question that I tried to get an answer from Susan Dermody to was, Who took it upon themselves to list this case, and was the opposition (meaning Barrister Lorcan Connolly and Solicitor John Hickie for John O'Doherty) notified. The only answer I got back was that this office sent out the letter. I tried in vain to find out what individual in the Circuit Court Office sent out the letter. I also specifically asked what input the above-named legal individuals had in sending this letter, and I was told they had got the same notification as myself (the letter stating that the case was listed for the 14th of March).

I tried to find out from Susan why the letter was not signed and was told that other lay litigants got unsigned letters. Clearly, it was a damage limitation exercise for Susan, as the conversation went on she got locked in untruths as I exposed the facts. Our exchanges were now at a very serious level as my senior civil servant / witness observed that Susan's hands were trembling. She tried to persuade me that she did not know that this case was taken away from the corruption I had to endure from the Circuit Court Office and moved to the High Court in Dublin. Susan repeatedly denied that she was aware that the case had been taken away from Clare even though it was she who handed me back my sworn affidavits on the 30th of March 2005. Despite many exposes and reminders of her involvement in this saga, she was still in denial.

When I failed to get satisfactory answers from Susan I again asked to speak to the County Registrar, Patrick Wallace. I was told that I could speak to Mr Wallace if he was available and as Susan walked away I asked if she had read the website of the Victims of the Legal Profession and she replied loud and clear, I have. After some considerable delay, Mr Patrick Wallace arrived at the desk; I introduced myself and said that I was pleased to meet him. I received the same negative answers from Mr Wallace as from Ms Dermody - misleadings and denials. When I asked Mr Wallace if he had seen our website, he was not in a position to deny it as Ms Dermody had spilled the beans. The facts on the website have clearly exposed what I have been listening to for over half an hour from Susan Dermody (a pack of lies).

There is a serious criminal witch-hunt being carried out against me and many thousands of others throughout the Irish Republic by corrupt individuals who, like Brid O'Dea and Susan Dermody of the Ennis Circuit Court Office are determined to destroy me. The evidence is nothing short of mobster-like gangsterism; those of you who are interested can come and inspect this evidence.

I am in possession of false and altered documents from as high up as the Supreme Court Office, the High Court Office (in Bankruptcy), the Limerick High Court on Circuit Office and the Ennis High Court on Circuit Office. Many of those documents are mutilated and distorted to cover up for the serious criminal activity of many solicitors, barristers and judges who will be named and shamed as I prepare the documented evidence. It would appear now that there are HACKS planted in every arm and department of this corrupt state to cover up for the criminal Mafia of the legal and judicial system, and whether they are in the Department of Finance, the Land Registry or the County Councils, these criminal hacks will be named and shamed so help me God!
