How do you name and shame members of the Irish legal and judicial system? There was an hour-long programme shown on TV3 on the 6th of February about the Sicilian and American Mafia and how they controlled and protected their ill-gotten gains down through the years. A pretty horrific story with appalling consequences for non-cooperation with the world's most notorious criminals that is worth reflecting on because of the many similarities between the way the Sicilian/American Mafia and the Irish legal and judicial Mafia operate.

To quote one line from last night's programme, when you open an account with the Mafia the account stays open until you are DEAD and that death may come in the most horrendous, brutal and savage way imaginable.

Does the world at large know or realise the horrific pain and suffering inflicted on vulnerable people in the Republic by the thugs and gangsters within the Irish legal and judicial system?

For those of you who have worked on Bush projects in Australia, you will remember that you were told that if you ever meet a good Englishman, kill him before he goes bad. In the Republic of Ireland, if you are lucky as I was to meet a good, honourable solicitor, you must move fast and stay silent as your holiday will be short-lived when the mobsters and godfathers find out, as happened in my case in June 2000.

Like the Mafia godfathers of Sicily, as soon as Solicitors Shaun Elder (Bishop of the Jehovah's Witnesses), his partner Andrew Darcy and Solicitor Joe Griffin, all of Limerick City, had removed my honourable, decent solicitor, they moved in with all guns blazing. Unlike the notorious Sicilian gangsters, they did not use hatchets or shotguns to blow my brains out or carving knives to cut me up into little pieces to be taken and disposed of in the City dump, but instead used the Irish court system and the Judiciary, who in most cases gave them their full support, co-operation and most importantly assistance to help them defeat me with false sworn affidavits, lies and deception.

Before naming all of the lawyers and judges involved in what can only be described as gangland rape of my money and property, I will give a briefing of the heavyweights involved.

The history of High Court Judge Eamon deValera already on the Web surprises no one and the feedback is about shares in the Irish Press of which I have none.

Supreme Court Judge Adrian Hardiman on the 15th of November 2004 in the High Court on Circuit where I was screamed at and told that I would have to leave the Court if I continued to obstruct Barrister Lorcan Connolly for lying, made an order in my favour; and later on that week on the 17th in the High Court on Circuit in Limerick City, Judge Hardiman was the first and only judge to highlight the criminal bankruptcy of John Casey & Co. of Bindon St, Ennis, Co. Clare.

Judge Hardiman did however go along with his colleague, Barrister Lorcan Connolly, and leave a loophole so Connolly, Hickie and Co. could continue their criminal harassment to steal my property. One year or so later, Supreme Court Judge Adrian Hardiman was back in the High Court (the 5th of December 2005) to bail out his colleagues on what he refused to do one year previously. There were many calls to our office to say that Barrister Lorcan Connolly had earned the second largest amount of money from Legal Aid - a good barrister.

The conduct of Judge Mrs Finlay Geoghegan from the 11th of October to the 20th of December 2004 is appalling. Judge Finlay Geoghegan sat on the bench on four occasions knowing that what was before her was a farce; what's more, she acknowledged that what she was dealing with was wrong, had documented evidence of perjury, forgery of legal documents, collusion, deception, suppression of documents, and had evidence before the Court by the barrister Thomas Kinirons, and Bill Holohan and Thomas Tynan. These Officers of the Courts who are perpetrators, instigators and accessories in fraud, active corruption and money laundering were given a Judgment/Order on a false document, and to add insult to injury, Thomas Kinirons and co. prepared a false Judgment/Order. The cover-up and false accounting in this case also involves the Taxing Master James Flynn and Brendan Minnock of the Taxing Master's Office. To further cover up when caught out, there were large sums of the money stolen from me handed over wrongfully to Bank of Ireland legal advisor Allan Lewis, Seamus T. O'Sullivan of Bindon St, Ennis as well as other fraudulent payments to Gerry Lynch of Clune, Lynch & Co.
