THE HIGH COURT

RECORD No. 1844P 2008

BETWEEN

JOHN GILL

PLAINTIFF IN PERSON

AND

THE GOVERNOR AND COMPANY OF THE BANK OF IRELAND & ALLAN LEWIS

DEFENDANTS

AFFIDAVIT OF JOHN GILL

I, John Gill of Drumline, Newmarket-on-Fergus, County Clare aged eighteen years and upwards make Oath and say as follows:

1. I am the Plaintiff in this matter, I make this Affidavit from the facts within my own knowledge save where otherwise appearing and where so appearing I believe same to be true.

2. I say and believe that a witch hunt is spearheaded by Mr Allan Lewis, Legal Advisor to the Bank of Ireland, to cover up for his involvement in the theft of my money and property over a period from the 25th of June 2001 to the present. In a letter to me dated the 22nd of October 2001, Mr Lewis told me, and later on that very day confirmed over the phone, that he would not be involved in what has now become a most serious matter of Cover-up, Corruption, Criminal Deception and Perjury in the theft of a quarter of a million euros (E250,000.00) and the attempted theft of development property from Folios 6976F, 11537F and 6141F County Clare, in which I believe there are at least three false Contracts for Sale in place. These properties, of which I John Gill am the legal and lawful owner, have been investigated over a period of six months by the Garda Bureau of Fraud Investigation.

3. I say and believe that because of the INTENSITY of Cover-up, Corruption, Fraud and Deception over the past year and more especially over the past few months and weeks it is almost but not totally impossible to keep up with all of those who have been corrupted and brought on board to cheat, intimidate, threaten and use every available means of corruption to evade capture. This includes many officials in the Courts Service who have used every excuse and trick in the book to hoodwink and deny me access to the Courts and Justice.

4. I say and believe that on the morning of the 5th of June 2008, I called to the Stamping Office at Aras Ui Dhalaigh and paid 50 euros to have five documents stamped for filing at the Central Office of the High Court. I then went and got them photocopied before queuing up at the door of the Central Office. When my number was called which was three on the list, I presented to the official two pages with the heading underlined with the following, PLEADINGS UPDATE 3/6/2008. This official first complained about the amount of stamp duty but did not say whether it was too much or too little. He then checked the Record number on the computer before asking me to hold on as he disappeared into an office in the background, and after some considerable time he returned and in abruptly said, I am not going to accept this document. I said hold on, as I explained to him that I have been robbed of a quarter of a million euros and all of my development property by those who I have referred to in those two pages which I wanted filed and served on Mr Allan Lewis and the Governor of the Bank of Ireland, and to let the world know that we are not all bad and/or corrupt. This official did listen to me and advised me to prepare my papers in Affidavit form with an extra five euro stamp and resubmit for filing. It must be said that the delay would have given whoever decided not to accept my two page document enough time to make phone calls and/or to photocopy or fax the documents.

5. I say and believe that I called to the entrance counter of the Central Office to lodge/file four Subpoenas on the Governor and Company of the Bank of Ireland, Allan Lewis, Bank Manager Brendan Ryan, Bank Manager Noelle O'Neill, and Mary Flanagan, State Property Section, Department of Finance in Dublin. This was my second attempt to serve and/or to file these documents at the Central Office of the High Court. On the first occasion on the 12th of May 2008, there was consternation akin to the Great Train Robbery which resulted in me attending an emergency sitting of Judge Daniel O'Keeffe in Court 5 on the 14th of May 2008 in which I was referred to the Masters Court because it was what was described to me as a procedural issue. On the 21st of May 2008 I went before the Master of the High Court and was given instructions on what to do. On this occasion, the 5th of June 2008, there was little change; after much behind the scenes and screens activity where I explained the reasons for the Subpoenas, I was refused when I applied for Voluntary Discovery, but hindered and obstructed or not, I will serve the Subpoenas of my endeavours on all involved.

6. I say and believe that the first problem that the official had with my Subpoena was that I did not have the name of the Governor of the Bank of Ireland, but when she returned after an extended consultation with someone from behind the screen there were all kinds of excuses. I then decided that it was a waste of time and energy and I told the good lady that I would serve the Subpoenas on all involved, i.e. the Governor of the Bank of Ireland, Allan Lewis, Brendan Ryan, Noelle O'Neill and Mary Flanagan, and file the Pleadings Update of 3/6/2008 at the Central Office of the High Court with my Sworn Affidavit. I beg to refer to a two page Pleadings Update 3/6/2008, Exhibits J.G. 1 and J.G. 2. I have signed my name prior to the swearing hereof.

SWORN BY THE SAID JOHN GILL AT SHANNON IN THE COUNTY OF CLARE THIS THE 6TH DAY OF JUNE 2008 BEFORE ME A COMMISSIONER FOR OATHS AND I KNOW THE DEPONENT.
