Due to the malicious, wilful, deliberate, insulting, illegal and unlawful means used against me to obstruct and deny me access to the Courts and Justice by the Legal Advisor to the Bank of Ireland Mr Allan Lewis, the Bank of Ireland's legal team and their senior personnel, and many of the Courts Service officials, I wish once more to remind the Legal Advisor to the Bank of Ireland Mr Allan Lewis and his legal team of the malicious, fraudulent, perjurous (crime of false testimony on OATH) Ex Parte Plenary Summons Affidavit of Allan Lewis sworn on the 12th of December 2007 and served on me John Gill on the 14th of December 2007 by registered mail at 4.50PM on a Friday evening to appear in the High Court in Dublin on the following Tuesday the 18th of December 2007 to reply to a malicious false prepared Affidavit and furthermore to witness Mr Paul McGarry BL misleading the Honourable Court with his malicious and deliberate bankruptcy insults in the hope that in some way somehow the Honourable Court would swallow his criminal deception and exonerate his colleague Solicitor Allan Lewis, Legal Advisor to the Bank of Ireland and the Bank of Ireland's Managers who are involved in the destruction of my livelihood, health and wellbeing by their use of Criminal Deception, Perjury and Corruption.

The Governor and Company of the Bank of Ireland and Mr Allan Lewis are in receipt of my sworn 141-page Pleadings, sworn on the 16/12/2007. You are in receipt of my 98-page Sworn Pleadings, sworn on the 23/1/2008. You are in receipt of my 84 pages of Pleadings sworn on the 8/2/2008. You are in receipt of my 109-page Pleadings sworn on the 17/2/2008 and my 25-page Pleadings sworn on the 1/3/2008, all of which were served by hand and by Registered Mail.

I do recognise that you Mr Allan Lewis, Legal Advisor to the Bank of Ireland have massive support in your covert operation to subdue by whatever means possible the enormity of corruption, criminal deception and perjury that you have allowed yourself to get caught up in and I reiterate that YOU CAN NEVER IMPROVE ON THE TRUTH and that the only way out for you Mr Allan Lewis is to come clean and tell the TRUTH.

I told your Solicitor Mr Liam Lavelle on the 30th of April 2008 when I served him the Notice of Motion for a hearing of my case on the 16th of June 2008 that I would let him have in writing the horrendous intrusion and obstruction that we have to endure from some of the officials of the Central Office in the High Court, I did so because and to explain the alterations and hand-written scribble at the bottom of the Notice of Motion.

On the morning of the 30th of April 2008 I was third in line and when I finally got through on the eighth count, the pleasant lady who began dealing with the filing of my Notice of Motion was unable to deal with my situation without consulting with someone or other from behind closed doors, or as my staunch Fianna Fail friend and supporter once said, A BLIND BUREAUCRAT? When this very pleasant lady returned she was either unwilling or unable to deal with this thorny situation and handed me over to another pleasant lady who again had problems with my documents and again consulted with faceless bureaucrats not visible to the naked eye.

There were two documents to be dealt with and because there seemed to be no agreement on the first and the fact that I was subjected to pressure because I was told that there were other people waiting, I decided to deal with my second document. On this document (Notice of Motion) the nice pleasant lady told me that I had the wrong address for service of the Notice of Motion. I said no, I don't. She said yes, you do. She then crossed out the typed addresses and when I insisted that she was wrong she was forced to admit that she was wrong and reinstate the correct address.

We then returned to my original document with similar consequences, which resulted in me having to return to the High Court in Dublin from County Clare on the 14th of May before Judge Daniel O'Keeffe and again on the 21st of May 2008 before the Master of the High Court. This is not so much as a result of incompetence but as a malicious and deliberate attempt to obstruct and hinder the ordinary person from gaining access to the Courts and Justice and it is also the reason why Ireland's Legal and Judicial System is being slowly but surely exposed as the most corrupt system in the civilised world. Last Monday night on Questions & Answers, Green Party Leader John Gormley was honoured by the Chairman when stating that Fianna Fail was the most CORRUPT political party in Western Europe, which confirms what the Irish businessman in the English Midlands said, and I quote: WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FROM A CORRUPT LEGAL PROFESSION WHEN YOU HAVE A CORRUPT GOVERNMENT?

I have now Mr Allan Lewis, Legal Advisor to the Bank of Ireland, put all of the aforementioned Pleadings of 16/12/2007, 23/1/2008, 8/2/2008, 17/2/2008 and 1/3/2008 in a more straightforward fashion to answer word for word your false, misleading, deceptive, perjurous and corrupt Sworn Affidavit of the 12th of December 2007. The document is with professionals for preparation in the City of Limerick and a copy will be available to any and all who have an interest in the destruction of Corruption, Criminal Deception and Perjury.

The only solution to this horrendous miscarriage of justice is to return to me John Gill the stolen E17,641.83 you hold belonging to me and my two Original Land Certificates, Folios 6976F and 6141F County Clare. The Bank of Ireland acknowledged receipt of Original Land Certificate 6976F County Clare in a letter dated the 25th of June 2001 on a malicious false document while knowing that the document was false, and the Original Land Certificate must be returned as you received it, totally intact.
