CORRUPTION OF WHICH THE BANK OF IRELAND'S LEGAL ADVISOR MR ALLAN LEWIS IS AN INSTIGATOR AND PERPETRATOR.

From the outset I must put on record that what I discovered at the Land Registry Office in Waterford City is directly linked to the mass corruption, criminal deception, lies and cover-up of the Bank of Ireland's Legal Advisor Allan Lewis and a number of the Bank of Ireland's managers, which includes at this point in time the legal team who are in Court defending and covering up for the corruption, criminal deception and perjury of Mr Allan Lewis.

With two witnesses before Land Registry Officer Deirdre Mulcahy I did discover that site number three (a building site) from my Folio 6976F County Clare was transferred by Solicitor John Hickie from Limerick to his client, a crooked Auctioneer John O'Doherty from Limerick City. While on the subject I did remind Deirdre Mulcahy of a corrupt Barrister who I was told came from Waterford, now living in Ennis, Co Clare, that was also involved with Hickie and O'Doherty in the theft of my property, Lorcan Connolly.

I further told Deirdre Mulcahy when she mentioned the Land Registry Office in Nassau Street, Dublin of the corruption that I discovered in that Office. I explained where I had two identical documents downloaded from two different computers which were not more than 30 yards from each other on the 30th of January 2008 (when I say identical documents I mean from the same Folio). This came as a result of a tip-off from an honourable officer from this office. When I mentioned corruption and Tom Heveran in the Land Registry Office in Nassau St, Dublin I got the same reaction as I received from James Finn in the Courts Service office in Smithfield, Dublin, i.e. an attempt to intimidate and threaten me with slander, but no mention of the SLANDER that Tom Heveran is well aware of, the theft of my property by mass corruption, criminal deception and perjury and the malicious false documentation sent to me by Tom Heveran to cover up for the corruption, criminal deception and perjury of the Bank of Ireland's Legal Advisor Mr Allan Lewis who lied, cheated and held onto my Land Certificate for more than six and a half years to try to cover up for the criminal conduct of his colleagues, Allan Lewis who was rewarded with a hand-out of E17,041.82 of my money which is the proceeds of mass corruption, criminal deception, perjury, lies and cheating.

Still not satisfied with the verbal evidence and page of scribble I received from Deirdre Mulcahy, I insisted on getting a copy of the transfer map of proof that my property was in fact transferred to O'Doherty by forgery, conspiracy, collusion and criminal deception. The good lady who checked my evidence which confirmed that I was the legal and lawful owner of Folio 6976F County Clare and who had the application partly filled in to let me have a copy of the site map was quickly removed and replaced by a crook who denied me access to the map and information.

For the record I am in possession of Deirdre Mulcahy's one page of scribble and the partly filled out application by the good lady who checked out and was satisfied that I John Gill was and is the legal and lawful owner of Folio 6976F County Clare, the Folio that Solicitor John Hickie transferred site number three from by forgery, conspiracy, collusion, criminal deception and in defiance and contempt of a Circuit Court Order and a High Court ruling.

I also wish to put on record that what the Legal Advisor to the Bank of Ireland Mr Allan Lewis is and has been engaged in for more than six and a half years is ILLEGAL, unlawful, contrary to law. I will for the benefit of the Legal Advisor to the Bank of Ireland Mr Allan Lewis quote once more from page 385 of Murdoch's Dictionary of Irish Law, revised 3rd edition on ILLEGAL CONTRACTS: Contracts which are forbidden by statute or are contrary to Common Law or to the Constitution; such contracts are void and collateral contracts are also vitiated. Contracts that are illegal under Common Law include:
(1) A contract to commit a Criminal Offence or a Civil Wrong.
(2) A contract prejudicial to the administration of justice.
(3) A contract which serves to corrupt Public Officials.
(4) A contract tending to encourage immorality.
(5) A contract to trade with the enemies of the State.
(6) A contract that is illegal according to the Law where it is to be performed.
(7) A contract which serves to defraud the Revenue.
A contract which is illegal on its face is illegal at its inception and unenforceable. Where a contract is lawful on its face but one party intends to perform it unlawfully, it will be enforceable.

Solicitor Allan Lewis, Legal Advisor to the Bank of Ireland, before you do any more damage to your good self, to the Bank of Ireland, to your legal colleagues, to public officials, to the Courts Service and to any other individuals who are not yet named, it is now time to reflect on where you are at and where you are going and despite the fact that you have inflicted the greater amount of damage to me by the destruction of my livelihood, my health and wellbeing and to a lesser extent to your good self and to senior Officials of the Bank of Ireland and the reputation of the Bank itself, I reiterate that the simple solution out of this CRISIS is to come clean, tell the truth, return to me the E17,041.82 euros that was stolen from me which you received and which is the proceeds of appalling corruption, criminal deception and perjury, together with my two Original Land Certificates in their entirety, Folios 6976F Co. Clare and 6141F Co. Clare.

Solicitor Allan Lewis, Legal Advisor to the Bank of Ireland, you have lied, you have cheated, you have conspired with others to destroy my livelihood, health and wellbeing but you have failed to destroy my will and courage to take a stand against Corruption and Fraud and/or the might of the Legal and Judicial System in this great little corrupt Republic of ours.
