JOHN GILL -V- THE GOVERNOR & COMPANY OF THE BANK OF IRELAND AND ALLAN LEWIS, SOLICITOR
Bank of Ireland Customer Care Unit
Head Office
Lower Baggot Street
Dublin 2
23/3/2008
To the Officers of the Bank of Ireland Customer Care Unit
Dear Sirs,
We all know what happened in the Veronica Guerin case, in the Birmingham six case, in the Guildford four case, and what happens with fraud and corruption WHEN THE RULE OF LAW IS NOT UPHELD: all hell breaks loose. I am asking for support and help from wherever it comes, at home in Ireland or across the civilised world.
On this occasion I have sent copies of the enclosed four pages to Bank of Ireland managers in Carrick-on-Shannon, Carlow Town, Kilkenny City, Tullamore, Mullingar, Drogheda, Boyle, Tubbercurry, Longford Town, Arklow, Wexford Town, Navan, Killarney, Newbridge, Ballyshannon, Castleblayney, Cavan Town, Caherdavin, Castletroy, Tipperary Town, Tralee, Claremorris, 125 O'Connell St & 94 O'Connell St, Limerick, Kilrush, Mallow, Dungarvan, Portarlington, Tuam and to John B. Clifford, Des Crowley, Rose Hayes, Paul McGarry, Brian Goggins, Richard Burrows, Liam Lavelle, Heather Ann McSharry, Allan Lewis, Denis Donovan, Paul Neassans and to the website of the Victims of the Legal Profession in the hope that the Managers who speak to and encourage me off record will find enough courage and confidence to speak out and stand up to those gangsters who have destroyed my livelihood, health and wellbeing by Mass Corruption, Criminal Deception and Mass Perjury in their sleazy world of grabbing greed. The above named are Directors of the Bank of Ireland.
There are two more managers of the Bank of Ireland at 125 O'Connell Street who have lied and cheated me and are still not named, there is also one who has off the record named one of the gangsters and I will not be found wanting if asked to name the gangster and to name and tell the story of the two Manager crooks who I believe are now retired and at least one walking around the streets of Limerick City.
If within a reasonable time I do not hear from someone with a satisfactory resolution to this horrific injustice, I will continue to seek a solution under the European Convention on Human Rights with the support of the people of Ireland and the Victims of the Legal Profession throughout the world.
I am in possession of correspondence from our former Minister for Justice Mr Michael McDowell and I want to put on record that I am not going to accept the Order of a corrupt Judge who you, the Bank of Ireland's Legal Advisors, may or may not bring me before.
The war against Corruption has begun and the perpetrators and instigators of corruption in the Bank of Ireland and elsewhere will be named and shamed.
John Gill
