THIRD SUPPLEMENTARY AFFIDAVIT OF JOHN GILL

I John Gill of Drumline, Newmarket on Fergus, County Clare aged eighteen years and upwards make Oath and say as follows:

1. I am the Defendant in this matter, I make this Affidavit on my own behalf, I make it from the facts within my own knowledge save where otherwise appearing and where so appears I believe same to be true, accurate and correct.

2. I say and believe that the wilful, malicious, profound, perverted conspiracy of the Legal Advisor to the Bank of Ireland, Mr Allan Lewis to rob, steal and cover up for his 100% involvement in the theft and/or unlawful contracts with Mary Flanagan of the Department of Finance and other known names of persons in the Land Registry in Setanta Centre, Nassau Street, Dublin to offload and steal from me Site number 3 at Woodland Heights, Newmarket on Fergus, County Clare from Folio 6976F County Clare, which Original Land Certificate Folio 6976F County Clare was held for six and a half years on a Bogus Authority and fraudulent documentation in collusion with Solicitors Shaun Elder and Andrew Darcy of 6 The Crescent, Limerick City.

3. I say and believe that illegal contracts which are forbidden by statute are contrary to Common Law and are contrary to the Constitution; such contracts are void and collateral contracts are also vitiated (not worth the paper that they are written on). Contracts that are illegal under Common Law include:

    (1) A contract to commit a Criminal Offence or a Civil Wrong.
    (2) A contract prejudicial to the administration of justice.
    (3) A contract which serves to corrupt Public Officials.
    (4) A contract tending to encourage immorality.
    (5) A contract which serves to defraud the Revenue.
A contract which is illegal on its face is illegal at its inception and unenforceable.

4. I say and believe that the Legal Advisor to the Bank of Ireland Mr Allan Lewis was so immersed in Corruption and Fraud that he could find no other way of defending himself and covering up for his criminal activity but to pawn it over on or two Offices whose Officials were up to their neck in Corruption, Fraud and Deception; the Department of Finance and Land Registry Office at Setanta Centre, Nassau Street, Dublin, and without fear or favour I will produce to the Honourable Court a paper trail that exposes the involvement of both of those offices in cover-up, criminal deception and mass corruption, no ifs, buts or excuses, the Fraud and Corruption is 100% and/or the collusion of like-minded Officials from Government Departments to cover up for their corrupt colleagues. For the Legal Advisor to the Bank of Ireland Mr Allan Lewis there is only one honourable way to go and that is to COME CLEAN TELL THE TRUTH, hand over the stolen El7,041.82 euro and my two complete Original Land Certificates Folios 6976F and 6141F County Clare that are held by the Bank of Ireland on Bogus Authority, Mass Corruption, Criminal Deception and Perjury on the instructions of the Bank's Legal Advisor.

5. I say and believe that on our many approaches to many Bank of Ireland Managers from mid August 2001 to the present time, on each occasion that we called to the Bank of Ireland we were left waiting for an hour or more until the Manager made contact with their Legal Advisor Allan Lewis before giving us an answer, and from his privileged lofty position and knowing that he was protected and/or immune from prosecution for corruption, perjury and criminal deception, the answer was always the same (NOT AN INCH), and delivering the same old corrupt misleading message on so many occasions, the managers themselves standing there in amazement saying that they could do without this type of publicity, that Allan Lewis is nearing retirement, that Allan Lewis could not be there for too much longer, but this did not lessen the agony.

6. I say and believe that this sworn evidence will in its Schedule Index expose the paper trail of mass corruption, criminal deception and lies between the Legal Advisor to the Bank of Ireland Mr Allan Lewis, Department of Finance Official Mary Flanagan, and the lies and distortion of the truth by the Land Registry's officials (Tom Heveran and others), and I can only hope that no Judge of high moral character and qualifications will ignore the TRUTH, and that I will be allowed to go into the witness stand to face Mr Allan Lewis with the truth and have Mr Allan Lewis in turn take the Bible in the witness stand and answer questions; if he has nothing to hide, he has nothing to lose.

I beg that this Honourable Court will make an Order compelling Mr Allan Lewis to return the stolen E17,041.82 which he accepted and holds belonging to me while knowing full well that the money was stolen and the return of my two Land Certificates, Folio 6976F which includes sites two, three and twenty three together with Folio 6141F County Clare and an Order for discovery of documents from the Department of Finance and the Land Registry Office at Nassau Street, Dublin.
