SECOND SUPPLEMENTARY AFFIDAVIT OF JOHN GILL

I John Gill of Drumline, Newmarket on Fergus, County Clare aged eighteen years and upwards make Oath and say as follows:

1. I am the Defendant in this matter, I make this Affidavit on my own behalf, I make it from the facts within my own knowledge save where otherwise appearing and where so appears I believe same to be true, accurate and correct.

2. I say and believe that after my decent honourable Father passed away in February 1997 I returned from County Mayo to County Clare to discover that Deirdre Casey of John Casey & Co. of Bindon Street, Ennis, Co. Clare had maliciously and without cause or reason in collusion with Solicitor Mary Cashin and Associates destroyed an agreement for Sale which I had made with Ray and Cathy McKinney who had, because they did not trust their solicitors, paid to me John Gill a deposit of £1,000.00, the sum of which they never recovered and never to this day asked to have it returned. They disappeared without trace as did happen in the case of two dozen others at the hands of this downtrodden mob.

3. I say and believe that in an inspiration of a lifetime I decided that enough was enough, and with the goodwill of many decent Officers of the Courts and upright civil servants I purchased a new typewriter, sat down to write and seek the help of the Law Society of Ireland, Blackhall Place, Dublin 7, and with so such documented evidence of wrongdoing, mass corruption, deceit and lies, the chance of failure was ZERO, but that was the rock I perished under at the hands of sadists and fascist dictators. The evidence of serious corruption is absolute. Will the Courts act without fear or favour? Only time will tell.

4. I say and believe that the communication of the Law Society and Ms Ann Latham Solicitor to Deirdre Casey of John Casey & Co. was carried out faster than fast and likewise the reply to Ms Ann Latham, Solicitor of the Law Society from Deirdre Casey of John Casey & Co, dated the 26th of February 1997 came with lightning speed, but it must be said and cannot be denied that it is the most untruthful, damning and scurrilous four-page letter of reply under God's rising sun, detrimental to Solicitors John Casey & Co. themselves. EXHIBITS J.G.1, 2, 3 & 4. I have signed my name prior to the swearing hereof.

5. I say and believe that with no disrespect for the deceased Deirdre Casey of John Casey & Co. life must and will go on, and the fact is that Allan Lewis, Legal Advisor to the Bank of Ireland, has total disrespect for the Laws of God and Man and will continue to destroy me John Gill by whatever it takes, lawful or unlawful, illegal or otherwise if not restrained by the Courts and the Laws of the Land. Mass corruption and lawlessness is the essence of this case from Casey & Co to Allan Lewis. Why is the Law of the Land running scared? WHY?

6. I say and believe that Solicitor Sheila Cooney said to me in March 2001 that there must be a beginning to this story, and the beginning insofar as Solicitor Allan Lewis is concerned is the attempted theft of my bungalow at Woodpark, Bunratty, Co. Clare by the deceased Deirdre Casey of John Casey & Co. and the waste of time and effort without lawful cause or reason to acquire this property by deceit, mass corruption and in an underhand way. My friend here beside me just said, "When you suppress the truth the stones cry out", and inflicting pain and suffering is called Sadism when it is inflicted for no other cause or reason than spite, hate or badmindedness. The evidence of criminal deception, perjury and corruption is 100% factual. What is wrong?

7. I say and believe that with reference to the letter to Ms Latham and/or the Law Society dated the 24th of February 1997 from John Gill, to say she was astounded with the contents is an understatement. There can be no one so astounded, astonished, bewildered as those who believed that they were above the Law and the Constitution and who are caught red-handed in the theft of money and property (my six bedroom bungalow) and the destruction of my livelihood, my health and wellbeing by cowardly greedy grabbing property hooligans. Will the Courts EXONERATE Casey & Co and Allan Lewis? Is this the plan after 75 appearances before the Courts?

8. I say and believe that Deirdre Casey wrote to Mr G.N. Rubotham. What she did not say is that she misled Mr G.N. Rubotham by sending him forged, altered and distorted agreed signed contracts to cover up for her bankrupt, corrupt greed in her attempt to grab my Bungalow by fraudulent means, which is a carbon copy of what Solicitor Allan Lewis, a paid employee of the Bank of Ireland and Legal Advisor to the Bank of Ireland is and has been involved in since the 18th of October 2001, no ifs or buts and most definitely no doubts. Before moving on, I exhibit the evidence of my Purchasers, Ray and Cathy McKinney. EXHIBIT J.G.5. I have signed my name prior to the swearing hereof.

9. I say and believe that only someone with the brains of a rocking horse would and or could sit down and write such an untruthful, misleading scurrilous letter with total disregard for the consequences and or the fact that she herself was the absolute instigator and perpetrator of the corruption that brought the world crashing down around her greedy grabbing feet. I hope when this is all over that someone somewhere will sit down and draft a watertight code of conduct and ethics that will save other victims from firms such as John Casey & Co. Prohibition of torture, no one shall be subjected to torture or to inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment - what has gone wrong?

10. I say and believe that the deceitful, corrupt, cover-up conduct of John Casey & Co was and is a carbon copy of and directly linked to the corruption and cover-up which the Legal Advisor to the Bank of Ireland Allan Lewis is involved in today in his attempt to escape with my stolen money and property, the proceeds of mass criminal activity, mass corruption and perjury.

11. I say and believe that in the second page of Deirdre Casey's letter to the Law Society, she makes reference to a house that I built for Pat Barry at Clarecastle, Co. Clare with which there were no problems between myself and Pat and Mary Barry except for the mass criminal interference of John Casey & Co with the result that I never to this day received the final stage payment. I have the documented evidence of the mass thuggery and criminal deception of the Caseys who tried to have me sue Pat Barry as a result of their own criminal conduct.

12. I say and believe that Deirdre Casey moves on to lie through her teeth to cover up for her mass corruption, her criminal deception and thuggery in her dealings with the contract of Derek and Ann Douglas where she tried every criminal act in the criminal code to drive a wedge between myself and the Douglases including giving the Douglases permission to drill the locks and take over the house before it was paid for, and again Caseys were exposed when I called the Gardai and again I never received the final stage payment of more than £12,000.00. We must not lose sight that this is also part and parcel of the thuggery and criminal deception that Allan Lewis who is Legal Advisor to the Bank of Ireland is involved in at this moment in time. Will Justice be done and be seen to be done?

13. I say and believe that this house that I built for the Douglas family on the Ballycar Road, Newmarket on Fergus, Co. Clare is interlinked with the bungalow at Woodpark, Bunratty, Co. Clare that John Casey & Co. tried to steal using every criminal act in the book. They are better known as the Gill/Moran and Gill/Douglas properties and in both cases John Casey & Co. did draft false charges against Moran and Douglas in an effort to cover up for their own criminal thuggery. I beg to refer to the two false documents prepared by Michael Fitzgibbon B.L. EXHIBITS J.G.6 & 7. I have signed my name prior to the swearing hereof.

14. I say and believe that Jim O'Donnell & Son Solicitors were acting for Derek and Ann Douglas and it was Jim O'Donnell Solicitors who with G.N. Rubotham (Official Assignee), Solicitor Elizabeth Richardson and a number of other solicitors and other Courts Service employees, assisted me and helped me through this mental torture, inhuman and degrading treatment and stress. I will now quote for the benefit of Solicitor Allan Lewis, Legal Advisor to the Bank of Ireland, from the Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) Act 2001:-
"Article 3: Liability of Legal Persons. 1. Each member State shall take the necessary measures to ensure that the legal person can be held liable for fraud, active corruption and money laundering committed for their benefit by any person, acting either individually or as part of an organ of the legal person who has a leading position within the legal person, based on - a power of representation of the legal person or - an authority to take decisions on behalf of the legal person or - an authority to exercise control within the legal person as well as for involvement as accessories or instigators in such fraud. Liability of a legal person shall not exclude criminal proceedings against natural persons who are perpetrators, instigators or accessories in the fraud, active corruption or money laundering".
No judge of high moral character, competence and qualifications can ignore and walk away from the enormity of fraud and corruption in this case.

15. I say and believe that I did not allege unethical behaviour against Caseys, I clearly quoted FACTS, and the same applies to Solicitor Allan Lewis, the Legal Advisor to the Bank of Ireland. Fraud and Corruption has without the shadow of a doubt replaced Honesty and Integrity for both Allan Lewis and John Casey & Co in their dealings with my business, and the longer it goes on the more corrupt it becomes. Allan Lewis is now continuing with the corrupt dirty work of John Casey & Co. Caseys say they no longer wish to act for Mr Gill - Mr Gill would not wish to have them at his funeral.

16. I say and believe that I have many thousands of pages of fraudulent documents, and simplify their layout by listing them in a Schedule Index and name them TRUE or FALSE as the case may be. Where new evidence of false Sworn Affidavits were used in the theft of my property at Woodland Heights and Ballinacragga, Newmarket on Fergus, Co. Clare which involves the Land Registry at Setanta Centre, Nassau Street, Dublin, the Department of Finance (Mary Flanagan), Solicitor John Hickie and Auctioneer John O'Doherty and the Planning Section of Clare Co. Council, all of which are an integral part of the Sworn Affidavit of Allan Lewis, all will be labelled and made simple to deal with by the Court up to and including my Tax Clearance Certificates from the various Tax Offices.

17. I beg that the Honourable Court will Order that the money and the property that was stolen from me be returned to me forthwith and an Order restoring to me my Constitutional Rights, the right to sell my property without hindrance, obstruction or interference together with an Order for Discovery of documents from the Land Registry and the Department of Finance with reference to my property.
