Mr Brian Goggins
Governor, Bank of Ireland
Lower Baggot Street
Dublin

Dear Mr Goggins,

I with ten supporters attended Court No. 1 at the Distillery Building, Dublin yesterday the 11th February 2008 to have my Mareva Injunction [an order to freeze assets] heard before Mr Justice MacMenamin.

When my case was called Mr James McGovern B.L. who was standing in for Mr Paul McGarry B.L. gave a brief outline of the case and acknowledged receipt of my Supplementary Affidavit which outlined much of the bankruptcy insults of Allan Lewis in his support for the corrupt conduct of John Casey & Co. I told the Court that this situation had gone on for far too long, and Judge MacMenamin who was unable to hear the case on the day suggested that I go to the Central Office and ask Kevin O'Neill for a date to have this case heard in the next week (Registrar Kevin O'Neill not Judge O'Neill).

I went with James McGovern and a lady barrister to the Central Office without delay and met with Registrar Kevin O'Neill who asked would Judge MacMenamin not hear the case himself. James McGovern explained, and trawling through the listings Mr O'Neill had no slot in which the case could be heard this week and took our phone numbers saying that he would slot the case in for hearing next week. Mr O'Neill agreed to phone and let us know.

Mr Justice MacMenamin suggested that I prepare any other evidence I may have in this case and serve it on Allan Lewis two days before the hearing. I am now in the process of preparing another Supplementary Affidavit outlining the paper trail and web of deceit of Allan Lewis in the cover-up and theft of my Property Folios 6976F and 6141F County Clare, and more especially the theft of Site No. 3 at Woodland Heights, Newmarket on Fergus, Co. Clare in co-operation with Mary Flanagan of the Department of Finance, Solicitor Norman Walsh, Solicitor John Hickie and Auctioneer John O'Doherty. Two of my supporters on the day told us that they are also victims of Allan Lewis and the Bank of Ireland, they are over in Ireland from Spain and the property appears to be in West Waterford. They are on a week's fact-finding mission.

I have given a copy of my Supplementary Affidavit to Mr James McGovern B.L. for Mr Allan Lewis, and considering I have no confidence whatsoever in the ability of Allan Lewis to tell the truth I am including with this letter a copy for your good self.

Yours sincerely,

John Gill
