SCHEDULE INDEX TO SUPPLEMENTARY AFFIDAVIT OF JOHN GILL

RECORD NO. 9291P/2007

(1) A factual description of the depth of fraud of the involvement of legal advisor Allan Lewis in the destruction of my livelihood and the theft of my property.

(2) The unlawful, illegal and immoral interference without lawful justification to cover up and benefit from a bankrupt fraud.

(3) Documented evidence of the petitioning creditor and despite the fact that there were eleven requests to John Casey's office to produce a valid statement of affairs it was never produced.

(4) The requests were made from December 1995 to May 1996 but were ignored by John Casey & Co. who used every obstacle, deceit and trick in the book in the hope that it would go away, but go away it never did, thanks to G.N. Rubotham.

(5) The immoral, illegal and unlawful interference of the paid employee and legal advisor to the Bank of Ireland Allan Lewis who has now or never had any legal or lawful right to interfere and/or to support Solicitors John Casey & Co. in the theft of my bungalow at Woodpark, Bunratty and the destruction of my livelihood which is clearly documented in absolute truth and detail in this affidavit sworn by me John Gill on the 8th of February 2006.

(6) In a recent court case in the south east I and many other victims of a similar fate suffered by me John Gill witnessed an honourable barrister asking the court and the presiding judge to have justice administered in the courtroom and not out on the streets, and/or on the website of the victims of legal abuse.

(7) The abuse of the privileged position of the legal advisor of the Bank of Ireland in the theft of my money and property is absolute, the affidavits of Allan Lewis are a malicious fraud and as they are sworn to mislead the honourable court in an effort to hold onto stolen money and property they are more than perjury, they are a massive act of perjury.

(8) As is displayed and documented in my sworn evidence, I have been deprived of E658,940.00 (six hundred and fifty eight thousand nine and forty euros) and this is only the documented amounts, "the numbers of agreed sales on a handshake are three times that amount", a decent barrister said to me at an interview on the 5th of April 1999, "they have deprived you of the Celtic Tiger".
