Upon Motion of Counsel for the Plaintiffs pursuant to Notice of Motion dated the 13th day of December 2007 and upon reading the said Notice the Order herein dated the 13th day of December 2007 the Plenary Summons herein the Affidavit of Alan Lewis filed on the 13th day of December 2007 and the Affidavit of John Gill filed in Court this day and the exhibits referred to in said respective Affidavits and upon hearing said Counsel and the Defendant in person.

And the Plaintiffs by said Counsel undertaking to abide by any Order which this Court may hereafter make as to damages in the event of this Court being of the opinion that the Defendant shall have suffered any damage by reason of this Order which the Plaintiffs ought to pay.

  IT IS ORDERED

1. That the Defendant be restrained pending the trial of this action from the publication of information or the making of statements or the dissemination in any manner of information or statements of and concerning the Plaintiffs or either of them that is the same or similar to that contained in the Defendant's letters dated the 17th and 27th November 2007 to the first named Plaintiff.



2. That the Defendant be restrained pending the trial of this action from entering or attempting to enter or impeding any person from entering or placing any picket or carrying on protest outside or in proximity to any premises or building owned by the first named Plaintiff or in which the first named Plaintiff has business operations.

And the Court doth reserve the question of the Costs of the Motion and Order.
