I, John Gill of Drumline, Newmarket on Fergus, County Clare, aged 18 years and upwards make Oath and say as follows.

1. I am the Defendant in this matter. I make this Affidavit from the facts within my own knowledge save where otherwise appearing and where so appearing I believe same to be true.

2. I beg to refer to the Affidavit of Solicitor Allan Lewis, served on me by a gentleman Summons Server on the morning of the 14th of December 2007 at 9.15 a.m. who told me that he had drove from Dublin that morning.

3. The Affidavit sworn by Allan Lewis and signed by Allan Lewis on the 12th of December 2007 is an injurious falsehood and a malicious, deliberate and wilful misrepresentation of the TRUTH.

4. Solicitor Allan Lewis is fully aware of a FRAUDULENT Bankruptcy because he was part and parcel of the Criminal Deception, Perjury and Mass Corruption that has deprived me of my livelihood, destroyed and/or tried with others to destroy my reputation and well being.

5. Solicitor Allan Lewis, Legal Advisor to the Bank of Ireland, 125 O'Connell Street, Limerick City on the 18th of October 2001 told me over the phone that he was having no part in this corruption and later confirmed to me as promised that the Bank would not be involved. I beg to refer to letter from Solicitor Allan Lewis dated the 18th of October 2001. Exhibit J.G. 1. I have signed my name prior to the swearing hereof.

6. Solicitor Allan Lewis had now created a FALSE impression, but remained in the background as one of the major deceivers in an attempt to cover up for an elaborate FRAUD of Mass Corruption, Criminal Deception, Perjury, Coercion and Perverting the Course of Justice. I beg to refer to the three-page false misleading Sworn Affidavit of the Bank of Ireland, 125 O'Connell Street, Limerick City. Exhibits J.G. 2,3,4. I have signed my name prior to the swearing hereof.

7. I say and swear that the Bank of Ireland, 125 O'Connell Street, Limerick City held Security of two Original Land Certificates, Folios CE6976F County Clare and CE6141F County Clare which had a value of more than £300.000.00 (three hundred thousand pounds) for a loan of £22,094.73, which was omitted from the Sworn Affidavit of Solicitor Allan Lewis.

8. I say and swear that Solicitor Ally Lewis is unable to cope with the TRUTH and the fact that he has accepted a payment of stolen money, the proceeds of Mass Corruption, Criminal Deception and Perjury and he himself a leading figure in this appalling crime that has deprived me of my Livelihood, Health and Wellbeing.

9. I say and swear that Solicitor Allan Lewis is now on a warpath to try and deny me my rights under the European Charter of Fundamental Human Rights and Freedoms. Article 3 clearly states that "No one shall be subjected to torture or to inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment", which I have suffered at the hands of Solicitor Allan Lewis. Allan Lewis is also on a warpath to deny myself and others our Rights under Articles 10 and 11 of the European Charter, i.e. The right to freedom of expression, which includes freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority regardless of frontiers, The right to freedom of peaceful assembly and to freedom of association with others, which includes the right to join a union for the protection of our interests.

10. I say and swear that our mission is the exposure of what has become a cancerous corruption in Irish society, corruption in the Legal and Judicial System. A caller from the north of England said that Ireland was the third most corrupt legal system in the whole of Europe next to Albania and Romania, which is the biggest and most well kept secret, and up to recently maintained by threat, intimidation and fear, and now we have Solicitor Allan Lewis and his colleagues on a warpath to maintain and secure the impossible.

11. I say and swear that the appearance of the VLPS Mobile Wagon has caused a greater ripple in some quarters than an earthquake, gave rise to another attempt not unlike that of McCann Fitzgerald Solicitors a year ago, i.e. destroy their right and means of exposing corruption so the rich and greedy can get richer and the poor and vulnerable can die or go to Hell.

12. I say and swear that no amount of lies or false Sworn Affidavits will or can exonerate Solicitor Allan Lewis from the serious mental torture and stress he has caused me by his greed in accepting the money that was stolen from me which is the proceeds of Mass Corruption, Criminal Deception and Perjury and how dare he use the corrupt Taxing Master's Office to justify his acceptance of E17,041.82 of stolen money as a paid employee of the Bank of Ireland and how dare he say that I interfered with customers of the Bank of Ireland. I made it quite clear to the staff and managers that my mission was the Bank's corrupt Legal Advisor Allan Lewis who has accepted stolen money belonging to me.

13. I say and swear that on the 12th of February 2001 when I first went before Justice Brian McCracken Judge McCracken gave Thomas Tynan & Bill Holohan two weeks to sort out this problem. On another occasion Judge McCracken asked the legal team if they were seriously telling him that FRAUD became Statute-barred. On the 5th of November 2001 Judge Brian McCracken told Thomas Tynan (Official Assignee) that what he was engaged in was none of his business, i.e. trying to manufacture FALSE witnesses in a bid to cover up and/or to destroy me John Gill.

14. I say and swear that in his Sworn Affidavit Solicitor Allan Lewis has maliciously misrepresented the TRUTH. My Appeal was not dismissed, and the Motion to admit new evidence was not refused in the Supreme Court. This is a blatant and utter LIE and as it is sworn an Affidavit it is perjury. Mr Lewis did not disclose this fact that one of the male Judges told me to sue John Casey & Co. and that the three judges were forced to retire to their Chambers because of a FRACAS and/or noisy quarrel from those who did not like the progress I was making in the exposure of their conduct. Mr Lewis also omitted to include in his Sworn Affidavit the fact that on their return the fracas continued, with the result that my case was never completed. The three Judges retired and did not return.

15. I say and swear that Mr Allan Lewis omitted from his Sworn Affidavit the FACT that there were two Order/Judgments of the Supreme Court Case. The first Order/Judgment was handed to me ten minutes before my case commenced in the Supreme Court, contained ten pages and was signed by one of the Supreme Court judges. The other I received two and a half months later following a most incredible ordeal with a certain Supreme Court Official. Solicitor Allan Lewis is fully aware of all of this and you do not have to have a law degree to see why Allan Lewis has tried so hard, including Perjury, to cover up.

16. I say and swear that E17,041.82 of a bribe, a backhander and/or disguising, frustrating or concealing evidence by an Officer of the Courts such as Allan Lewis is a frightening situation and a damning indictment of our legal system if it is allowed to continue, and moreover when the Legal Official is a paid Official of a leading Bank in the State.

17. I say and swear that it is a matter of FACT that the payment of E17,041.82 is stolen money and the proceeds of CRIME, CORRUPTI0N, PERJURY and CRIMINAL DECEPTION because the so-called BANKRUPTCY WAS A FRAUD, a fraud where Solicitor Allan Lewis played a leading role in the cover-up and as his Sworn Affidavit proves, Mr. Lewis is unwilling or unable to come clean and admit the truth.

18. I say and swear that Solicitor Allan Lewis as Legal Advisor to the Bank or Ireland has denied me my Constitutional Right, the right to sell my property, which property I have lost the sale of on at least ten occasions; and for what reason, the Public would like to know. The TRUTH is Allan Lewis is covering up for a lost cause, THE PROTECTION OF HIS COLLEAGUES' CRIMINAL DECEPTION, PERJURY AND MASS CORRUPTION, TOO LITTLE TOO LATE.

19. I say and swear that all three sites, Nos. 2, 3 and 23 at Woodland Heights, Newmarket on Fergus, County Clare legally and lawfully belong to me John Gill, which evidence I will give to the High Court in Dublin on the 18th of December 2007 together with the evidence of Mass Corruption, Criminal Deception, Perjury and distorted documents that were used by Solicitor John Hickie of Limerick City and Barrister Lorcan Connolly of Ennis, County Clare, who I am reliably told by an honourable senior High Court Officer, have used corrupt Auctioneer John O'Doherty to steal my property Folios CE6976F and CE11537F County Clare by every CRIMINAL MEANS AVAILABLE to them.

20. I say and swear that I will exhibit under No 20 of this page the minutes of myself and a witness findings when we visited the Land Registry Office, Setanta Centre, Nassau Street, Dublin on the 4th of December 2007 at l2.45pm. What we discovered was that the Land Registry had transferred site number 3 of my property to Auctioneer John O'Doherty (under cover I believe for Solicitor John Hickie of 10 The Crescent, Limerick City) in defiance of a High Court and Circuit Court Order/Ruling. The answer that I have received from Land Registry Officer Tom Heveran is both FALSE, MISLEADING and Criminal Deception, which one expects from people who are caught out and in denial.

21. I say and swear that this site No. 3 was STOLEN from Folio CE6976F County Clare, the Folio that was taken away from the Bank of Ireland, 125 O'Connell Street, Limerick City by a very honourable Solicitor on an Authority signed by the Registered Owner John Gill, signed and removed from TRUST RECEIPT on the 12th of June 2000 with confirmation that no money was due to the Bank on Folio CE6976F Co. Clare and despite all of that it was returned to the Bank of Ireland by CRIMINAL DECEPTION and on a Bogus Authority, knowing full well that this was an unlawful act. All of this while Solicitor Allan Lewis was the Bank's Legal Advisor.

22. I say and swear that under Section 11.-(1) of the Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) Act 2001 Solicitor Allan Lewis is guilty of dishonesty, cover-up and criminal deception by making a gain for himself (E17,041.82) and causing loss to me, John Gill by holding onto my Original Land Certificate and thereby denying me the sale of my property on at least ten occasions. That E17,041.82 of stolen money, the proceeds of Criminal Deception, Perjury and Mass Corruption is part of a sum of E250,000.00 of stolen money which was distributed to all those who co-operated with the cover-up of Criminal Deception, Perjury and Corruption.

23. I say and swear that Solicitor Allan Lewis is using the Department of Finance as a cover-up and smoke screen so he can escape without blemish himself. For the information of Allan Lewis, Department of Finance Official Mary Flanagan has also been involved in the attempted theft of site No 3 in collusion with a corrupt Solicitor from Cork City, Norman Walsh. All of the evidence will be exhibited with the appropriate number on the last page of this Affidavit.

24. I say and swear that the only people that we told the TRUTH to on 40 Mespil Road were those who wanted to know, and as is the case on all of our outings, professional people express the greatest delight and support in what we are trying to do. The key word is that it is about time that someone stood up to them, meaning the Legal Profession.

25. I say and swear that the peaceful protest at 40 Mespil Road on the 3rd of January 2007 was a last resort after the corrupt lawyers and judiciary failed me. Seventy-two times in the Circuit Court, the High Court and the Supreme Court, twenty-one judges in total, fifty-one Solicitors, Barristers and Counsel, all trying to defend and cover up for the corrupt criminal conduct of their colleagues at John Casey & Co, Ennis, S.T. O'Sullivan Solicitors, Ennis, Co. Clare. S.T. O'Sullivan is also in possession of E40,000.00 of stolen money belonging to me that is the proceeds of Mass Corruption, Criminal Deception and Mass Perjury. How dare Solicitor Allan Lewis apply to the Courts for an Injunction to prevent me from exposing his Criminal Conduct and standing up for my fundamental human rights and freedoms and those of my followers. How dare he serve me with a false perjurious document to drag me through the Courts to obtain a false Injunction by perverting the Course of Justice and thereby denying me the RIGHT to expose and fight Corruption.

26. I say and swear that Solicitor Allan Lewis and his colleagues will have chosen a Judge who will twist his way into giving them an Injunction to deny me my fundamental rights and freedoms as did corrupt solicitors Shaun Elder and Andrew Darcy, who are also involved in the Criminal Ring who have ROBBED me of my livelihood, my wellbeing, my health, E250,000.00 and now my property in collusion with each and every one of the Criminal Ring. Because of the corrupt conduct of Elder and Darcy who were my Legal Advisors, Allan Lewis is E17,041.82 richer. Evidence of the extent of criminality practised in Elder's Office will be displayed under No. 26 of this Affidavit. This will include the corrupt and unlawful conduct of deceased Judge Sean O'Leary RIP.

27. I say and swear that if the TRUTH is Libel and/or Slander, False, Malicious and Grossly Offensive or Nuisance, then we would have a serious problem with Mass Corruption, Perjury, Criminal Deception, Collusion, Coercion, Money Laundering, False Accounting, concealment of documents and vital evidence from the Courts, wilfully, maliciously and deliberately. All of which evidence will be before the High Court on the 18th of December 2007.

28. I say and swear that Solicitor Allan Lewis in his false Sworn Affidavit states that the Defendant must be restrained from exposing Corruption and alerting the General Public of the damage that corruption causes to people's lives. There is no mention whatsoever of the damage caused to John Gill's reputation, the malicious destruction of his livelihood, health and wellbeing. No, he has no rights. No right to be honest and tell the TRUTH.

29. I say and swear that to allow Justice to be done and seen to be done, because of my experiences in the Courts, I will ask the honourable Court that this case be heard before a JURY because of the extent of PERJURY, LIES and DECEPTION by all involved, and no one but no one will come clean and tell the truth. I will produce before the High Court on Monday the 18th of December 2007 a list of the property that I owned on the 28th of July 1995 so the Court and the wider world can decide for themselves how corrupt Bankruptcy really is.

30. I say and swear that all the evidence in my possession to support what I have said and sworn in this Affidavit will be exhibited following the swearing of this by me, John Gill and will he presented to the Honourable Court from the witness stand after I am sworn in unless the Honourable Court decides otherwise.

31. I say and swear that for far too long I have suffered inhuman and degrading treatment and mental torture at the hands of all of those who have tried to defeat me by every illegal an unlawful means possible, and I beg and pray that this Honourable Court will grant me my Constitutional Right, the right to have this case heard by JURY because of the extent of Perjury and false Sworn Documents it is not possible to get Justice.
