This Plenary Summons is to require that within eight days after the service thereof upon you (exclusive of the day of such service) you in person or by Solicitor do enter an Appearance in the Central Office, Four Courts, Dublin 7, in the above action; and TAKE NOTICE that in default of your so doing, the Plaintiff may proceed therein and Judgment may be given in your absence.

N.B.- This Summons is to be served within TWELVE calendar months from the date hereof, and if renewed within SIX calendar months from the date of the last renewal, including the day of such date and not afterwards.

The Plaintiffs' claims are for:-

1. Damages for slander.

2. Damages for libel.

3. Damages for nuisance.

4. An injunction restraining the Defendant from the publication of information, or the making of statements or the dissemination in any manner of information or statements of and concerning the Plaintiffs or either of them that is the same or similar to that contained in the Defendant's letters dated the 17th November 2007 and the 27th November 2007 to the Plaintiffs.

5. An injunction restraining the Defendant from entering or attempting to enter, or impeding any person from entering, or placing any picket or carrying on protest outside or in proximity to any premises or building owned by the first named Plaintiff or in which the first named Plaintiff has business operations.

6. Damages for injurious falsehood.

7. Damages for fraudulent or negligent misstatement.

8. Further or other orders, including an order for costs.
