THE HIGH COURT, THE FOUR COURTS, DUBLIN 7

RECORD NO. 4205P

BETWEEN

JAYNE MAGUIRE

PLAINTIFF

AND

JOHN GILL

DEFENDANT

SEVENTH AFFIDAVIT OF JOHN GILL

I, John Gill of Drumline, Newmarket-on-Fergus, County Clare, aged eighteen years and upwards make Oath and say as follows:

  1. I am the Defendant in this matter, I make this Affidavit from the facts within my own knowledge save where otherwise appearing and where so appearing I believe same to be true.
  2. I say and believe that I arrived at the Four Courts at 9.45AM by train from County Clare and when I arrived at the Round Room of The Four Courts a small group of my supporters (victims) told me that there was nothing listed for Jayne Maguire V John Gill. I said hold on and I will check. I went to the reception desk and asked for Jayne Maguire V John Gill and after a trawl through the computer list I was told that there was nothing listed. I said but there has to be? It was called by the President of the High Court Justice Joseph Finnegan on the 19th of October 2006. The good lady said hold on and began looking through paper listings for the 3rd of November which was the day that Judge Joseph Finnegan told Counsel for Jayne Maguire that he would find a Judge to hear this case after Judge Michael Hanna dismissed himself from hearing my case.
  3. I say and believe that after some time the two people inside the reception found what they described as a case with initials only at the bottom of a list, and asked me if I had the Case Record Number. I said yes I have, hold on. I searched in my briefcase and found Record No. 4205P. When I handed them the record number they said yes, Court Number One at 10.30 AM. I asked before which Judge and was told the President of the High Court Justice Joseph Finnegan.
  4. I say and believe that my case was called about 11 AM and after Counsel Paul O'Higgins for the Plaintiff had spoken, I asked that the case be dismissed / struck out as there was not an iota of evidence against me and that the Plaintiff had misled the Court. Judge Finnegan said he was leaving it until 12 o'clock, I with my 27 supporters from fifteen counties went for a coffee.
  5. I say and believe that at 12.08 PM the case resumed and Counsel for the Plaintiff Paul O'Higgins with a Junior at his rear and a Solicitor in front began the same rigmarole that I have been subjected to for more than twenty years with False Documentation in an effort to pervert the course of Justice. I was planted with a large document from the opposing side that contained false sworn material from the Plaintiff Jayne Maguire, Karyn Harty and Sinead Ryan. Judge Joseph Finnegan, obviously observing that I was taking little or no notice of this document asked me if I was following what Mr O'Higgins was reading to the Court.. I told Judge Finnegan that I was familiar with, and was already served with these documents but that did not stop the show from going on, a SHOW that I know and believe was designed to continue the MENTAL, PHYSICAL, and FINANCIAL DESTRUCTION OF JOHN GILL instigated and perpetrated by the so-called democratic institutions of the Irish State.
  6. I say and believe that this nonsense continued until 12.55 PM when the Court finished for lunch until 2.05 PM. There was up to now many aspects of vital information overlooked or bypassed for one reason or another, but worse was to come after lunch. All retired for lunch.
  7. I say and believe that for all intents and purposes when the case resumed the Plaintiff and her legal team McCann Fitzgerald Solicitors had achieved their initial con trick and goal. A case had been heard behind closed doors with the Media and/or reporters excluded by the non-listing of the case. Witnesses who were turned away have volunteered to come forward; they have made contact with our learned members and offered to tell their own story.
  8. I say and believe that as the nonsense was nearing an end Counsel for the Plaintiff began reading my final Affidavit, an Affidavit that the Registrar said earlier that she would lodge on my file. What is both interesting and disturbing about this, the sixth Affidavit of John Gill Sworn on 2/11/2006 is that it had the most revealing information from the Plaintiff and her legal team which is detrimental to her case and a serious blow to their efforts to defeat me at any cost.
  9. I say and believe that as Counsel Paul O'Higgins for the Plaintiff was half way through reading the third paragraph of my sixth Sworn Affidavit of the 2/11/2006 he was interrupted by Judge Joseph Finnegan who said that he had already read the Affidavit, and Counsel Paul O'Higgins was prevented from exposing this vital and essential evidence thereby concealing VITAL EVIDENCE from the Court.
  10. I say and believe that under Section 51 of the Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) Act 2001, concealing facts disclosed by documents is an offence.
  11. I say and believe that when I, John Gill, was called to give my evidence, I began by telling the Court that the article printed in the Irish Independent on the 6th of September 2006 was false and misleading, that it was read across the world in Spain, Canada and the U.S.A. and was detrimental to my character and good name, but was rebuked by Judge Joseph Finnegan.
  12. I say and believe that when Judge Joseph Finnegan told me to take an action against the Irish Independent, I told the Honourable Judge that this was my 69th appearance before the Courts with documented evidence and was before twenty Circuit Court, High Court and Supreme Court Judges. I held up to the Court a one page brief history naming the said Judges and I told the Court and Judge Joseph Finnegan that he was one of the named Judges. Counsel Paul O'Higgins told the Court that there was more stuff on the website that should be removed and that this material should have been included in the Plaintiff's Affidavit but was not. In simple terms, the Plaintiff's team was grasping at straws to cover up for this incredible miscarriage of justice waged against an innocent Defendant by McCann Fitzgerald Solicitors.
  13. I say and believe that Judge Joseph Finnegan was now given another opportunity by a team who have tried by perjury, deception and concealment of vital evidence from the Courts to try to manufacture a case against an innocent Defendant. The President of the High Court Judge Joseph Finnegan gave me, John Gill, and the members of the Victims of the Legal Profession until twelve o'clock on Monday the 6th of November 2006 to remove the article that we know nothing about from the website.
  14. I say and believe that Judge Joseph Finnegan warned all members/victims that he would make them poorer by making an ORDER to remove from them whatever money or property they have got. The Members are now treating this as a dangerous threat and will be signing a demand to have this threat withdrawn and for the President of the High Court Judge Joseph Finnegan to apologise to all of the Victims of the Legal Profession in open Court. Judge Finnegan did say that he would not send the Members to Prison. The Court then adjourned for ten minutes to allow the Plaintiff's team time to find something on the website that they wanted removed to justify their wasting the Taxpayers' money and the Court's time.
  15. I say and believe that when the Court resumed Judge Joseph Finnegan changed the time from 12 o'clock on Monday to 5 PM on Monday to have the specified stuff removed from the website. This case of perjury and deception will be up for mention again on the 20th of November 2006 when again I will be asking that my Affidavit of the 3rd of November and Sworn on 2/11/2006 be dealt with and that this case be struck out with damages and expenses.

SWORN BY ME THE SAID JOHN GILL AT SHANNON NEWTOWN IN THE COUNTY OF CLARE THIS - DAY OF NOVEMBER 2006 AND I KNOW THE DEPONENT.
